which document can we give as a resident certificate, as the domicile act was passed on april1,2020 which lied in the lockdown we dont have a state subject, but we are completely eligible for the domicile certificate. So which document i can attach ?,please reply. for eg :- ration card, adhar card.
Usually for Domicile Certificate we attach Aadhaar Card or the Nativity Certificate issued by the corresponding village but I am not sure about Ration card. Every exam will specify the particular documents that needs to attached along with the application.

what will be the cut off of EWS category?
General category cutoff for 2018 prelims was 98.00. If we assume same for 2019 prelim, EWS seats will be filled only and only after general 40% seats are filled. if General cutoff is 100. it can be 99 or 98 or 0 but never greater than 100.
