JKCET Application Form 2020 - J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) has again extended the last date to submit JKCET 2020 application form till June 15. The authorities have already postponed JKCET 2020. Candidates are able to submit the application form of JKCET 2020 at jkbopee.gov.in. JKCET application form 2020 was released on March 12. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech course in J&K have to fill JKCET 2020 application form for appearing in the entrance exam. While filling the JKCET application form 2020, candidates have to fill in the details, pay application fees and submit it online before the last date. JKCET is the common entrance exam conducted by JKBOPEE for admission to B.Tech courses in J&K in all the participating institutes. JKCET 2020 was to be conducted on April 26 in offline mode across various test centres of India. JKCET Eligibility Criteria 2020
Candidates who will be applying for JKCET are advised to first check the eligibility criteria. Candidates must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria of JKCET 2020 before filling the application form to avoid any chances of cancellation of their candidature. Candidates must be permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir.
Candidates must have passed class 12 or any other equivalent exam from a recognized statutory Board/ University with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their subjects.
Qualifying Marks- Candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in class 12 (40% for candidates of reserved category)
Candidates appearing for class 12 or any other equivalent exam in 2020 can also apply for JKCET 2020.
Candidates applying under TFW category will be considered as open merit candidates.
Age Criteria- Candidates must be at least 17 years old on December 31, 2020

How to Fill JKCET Application Form 2020
Candidates can now fill the online application form of JKCET 2020. During the process, the candidates will have to fill the form, pay fees and submit it online. Candidates must note that they need not send the copy of application form to JKBOPEE office. The detailed step by step procedure involved in filling application form of JKCET 2020 is as follows
Step 1- Registration : Candidates have to first register for JKCET 2020 before filling the application form. Details like name, mobile phone number, email address at the time of registration has to be entered. Candidates will also be required to create a password of their choices at this stage. This password will be used for all future login to candidate portal of JKCET 2020 application. After entering all the details, click on submit button to complete the registration procedure. A message will be received on their email and phone number mentioning their application number.
Step 2- Application Filling : Candidates have to fill the application form after completing the registration process. Login using the application number and password to continue with the process of JKCET application form 2020.
At this stage, candidates will be required to enter the following details
Parents details including name and contact number
Address for correspondence and permanent address
Educational details including marks and school
Exam centre for appearing in exam
Candidates must be very cautious while filling out the application form as no correction is allowed after the form is submitted.
Step 3- Payment of Application Fees : Candidates have to pay the application fees of Rs. 1200 in online mode. The application fee can be paid either by credit/debit card or net banking. The details about fee payment like payment receipt has to be kept safe till the complete admission procedure.
Step 4- Uploading Documents : Candidates have to upload the scanned images of their photograph, signature, thumb impression and educational documents. All the scanned images must be in good quality, within the specified permissible sizes and formats. Candidates must note that it is compulsory to upload the documents otherwise their JKCET 2020 application form will not be considered for further admission process.
Step 5- Submission of Form : After the completion of filling JKCET application form 2020, payment of fees and uploading documents, candidates have to submit the application form. It is advised that candidates verify and check all the details carefully before finally submitting the application form.
After verifying, click on “Final Submit” button to submit the JKCET 2020 application form. Download and take a print of the application form and keep it safe till the complete admission process. Candidates need not send the copy of application form to the office but it must be retained for any future requirements.
