KEAM Application Form Correction 2019 - The facility of KEAM 2019 application form correction has ended for the candidates on March 7. Candidates were able to access one time facility in course addition, change in exam centre, uploading of photograph, correction in registered mobile number and email address. All of the details were not open for correction. Candidates had to log-in into their KEAM account and rectify the highlighted errors in their application form by using the correction window. KEAM 2019 Application Correction

The authorities of CEE had opened the correction facility of KEAM 2019 till March 7. According to the notification, the candidates could access the one time facility in course addition, change in examination centre, uploading of photograph and signature (if failed to upload), correction in registered mobile number and email address. Registered candidates were also able to pay the application fee till March 7. To make the changes the candidates had to log into their KEAM 2019 account.

Details which can be corrected in the application form of KEAM 2019

Candidates were not allowed to make change in the fields of exam centres and courses. The candidates could make the following changes in the KEAM application form correction 2019:

  • Mobile Number
  • Email address
  • Scanned images of photograph, signature and thumb impression
  • Date of Birth
  • Aadhaar number
  • Other details indicated by the exam conducting authority

Key points related to KEAM 2019 Application Correction

Candidates had to keep the following points while making corrections in the application form of KEAM.

  • All the corrections should have been made within the prescribed time period. No corrections were allowed after the deadline is over.
  • It was necessary to make the suggested corrections as admit card would not be generated for the candidates with defects in their application form.
  • Candidates who failed to correct the defects in their application within the stipulated time were not included in the rank list for the year 2019.
  • Candidates were required to send the required documents for proof to correct the defects.

Possible Reasons for the Rejection of the KEAM 2019 Application Form

The following reasons could lead to the rejection of the application form of KEAM 2019:

  • If the images of the photograph, signature or thumb impression did not meet the prescribed guidelines.
  • If the photo affixed on the printout of the application form of KEAM did not match the photo that was uploaded online, the application could be rejected
  • If the affixed photograph was not duly attested by the Head of the Institution in which the student studied last or by a Government Gazetted Officer,
  • If the signature and thumb impression uploaded were unclear then it could lead to the rejection of the application form.
  • If the printout of application and supporting documents reached the designated office after the last date.

Steps to make Corrections in the KEAM Application Form 2019

As per last year guidelines, a memo may be sent by the authorities to the candidates regarding correction of application form. If the memo is released, the candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to make corrections in the application form of KEAM 2019:

  • Candidates will have to login using the application number and password.
  • Candidates are then required to click the menu item ‘Memo’ provided on the home page and view the details of the errors in the application form listed out by the examination conducting authority.
  • A printout of the memo has to be taken to proceed with the process of KEAM 2019 application form correction.
  • The candidates will have to upload the correct photograph/signature if there are errors in any of these. However, candidates will have to send the memo, proformas, and other required certificates along with the documented proof by registered post/speed post/hand delivery to the address given below:
  • Candidates will also be able to make the corrections in the mobile number and e-mail ID if needed using the ‘Edit’ button provided therein.

I hope you are aware that KEAM 2020 is an exam that will be conducted by commissioner of entrance examination that is denoted by CEE. KEAM is an state level exam conducted by CEE , Kerala, for the students who wants to take admission in under graduation programs of engineering. These exams offers admission in various  government and private colleges of state .

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, for admission into keam for biomedical engineering in government college, the cut off varies every year.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

for General category students minimummarksforpassing keamwould be 50% and for ST/SC category students minimummarksforpassing keamwould be 40%.TheKEAM 2019 ranklist was preparedcalculatingthe average marks secured in the entrance exam and class 12 in the ratio of 50:50. Equal weightage is given to the scores obtained inKEAM 2019and the marks obtained in the 12th standard qualifying examination for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

what marks will be a good means for getting an admission after KEAM exam for those who are appearing with OB caste?

In general, Try to do your best and get basics and solve numericals from each chapter from all the 3 subjects.

try to give mock test and know where you stand and improve your position.

As for marks try to score 80-85% of total marks. A rank in range 2k-3k will make your position secure in 1st tier colleges who accepts KEAM  to intake candidates.

For KEAM, only the boards examination marks of class 12 will be taken into consideration. The eligibility of KEAM says that you will need to score 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together in class 12. Also, the marks scored in Computer Science will be considered in case you did not study Chemistry. In case you have not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks in Biotechnology will be considered. If none of the subjects- Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology has been studied by the candidate then the marks in Biology will be considered
