Joint Seat Allocation Authority conducts the JoSAA counselling based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores to offer admission into NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and IITs to the eligible candidates. The authorities shall conduct seven rounds of JoSAA 2025. During JoSAA 2025 registration, candidates will have to select their choice of courses and colleges according to their eligibility. However, to participate in JoSAA counselling, candidates must qualify JEE Main or JEE Advanced. The seat allocation result of JoSAA 2025 will be released in online mode after every round of counselling. Candidates will be offered admissions as per their merit, preferences and availability of seats.

If you are willing to give jee and you are in 12 th then it is best to focus from now on as u have to give your boards this year as well . And according to the exam pattern you can prepare for your jee prelims with you boards at the same time it is hardly differ from each other . But if you have 0 preparation and even your basics are not clear then i suggest u to take a drop and prepare to the fullest for next year thankyou .
