  • Photograph must be a recent (not more than three months) color photograph with light background

  • The same image / photo should be used for all the subsequent processes such as in the Test Admission Ticket

  • The photograph should have a full-face view looking into the camera directly. The main features of the face must not be covered by hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead, Eyes, Nose and Chin should be clearly visible

  • Photograph should be uploaded in vertical position and it should cover the box provided

  • The photograph should be in .JPEG format only

  • The Scan image should be less than 80 KB

  • Before submitting the form, please check in the Preview page, whether the uploaded image is clear and meeting all norms mentioned above

Signature of Candidate

  • For upload of candidate signature, the signature must be done by the candidate himself/herself on a white paper with a black/blue pen

If i get a seat in round 3 of comedk counselling (considering I'd opted accept & upgrade in the previous rounds and I'm in General Merit), will i be able to cancel the seat alotted and exit from counselling?

Sorry, but you can't do that. If you opted for "accept & upgrade" in the previous round, it means you are obligated to join the allotted college. If you are allotted in round 3, you have to get admission to this college. It's mandatory for you to get admission to this college.

If you accept the seat in Round 1 and choose the "Accept and Upgrade" option, you're eligible for upgradation in Round 2. If you again choose "Accept and Upgrade" in Round 2, you will be eligible for Round 3 upgradation.

However, if you don’t get a better option in Round 3, then you’ll have to join the seat allotted in the last round where you accepted.

You cannot go back to previous rounds or upgrade again after Round 3.

So, yes — joining the last accepted seat becomes compulsory if no upgrade is received further.

If you accepted your Round 1 GM seat with “Accept & Upgrade,” you can go for Round 2 or 3. But if you don’t get a better seat in Round 3, you must join the one allotted then. No further upgrades or withdrawals are allowed after Round 3, as per COMEDK rules.

Yes, if you chose the “Reject and Upgrade” option in Round 1 and are allotted a seat in Round 2, you can reject that seat and apply for withdrawal.

As a GM student, you are eligible for a partial refund after deduction of processing fee. However, full refund is not given after Round 2 if you are allotted a seat and do not accept it.

Make sure to apply for withdrawal within the given timeline on the COMEDK portal to get your refund.
