Step 1: Counselling Fee Payment - The first step in the Haryana Polytechnic counselling process is to complete the fee payment. Step 3: Document Verification - The registered candidates have to complete the document verification. The authority will release the Haryana Polytechnic document verification date on the official website.

Step 4: Choice Filling & Locking - After the release of the inter-se-merit list candidates whose names appear in the merit list will be able to exercise the Haryana Polytechnic choice filling and locking process. Candidates have to make their preference of colleges and courses in priority order. After filling out the choices candidates have to lock the choices. Applicants must note that it is necessary to complete the registration process for choice filling.

Step 4: Seat Allotment and Reporting at the allotted Institute - After the conclusion of the choice locking process, the exam conducting authorities released the result of the seat allotment. Candidates satisfied with the seat allotment have to report at the respective institute along with a provisional seat allotment letter.
