JEECUP 2026 - The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, will issue the JEECUP 2026 exam notification in January 2026. The JEECUP 2026 application form is expected to begin in January 2026. Candidates are advised to check the JEECUP 2026 eligibility criteria before applying. Applicants must have completed the 10+2 exam with physics and chemistry as mandatory subjects, along with biology and Mathematics (botany and zoology). About JEECUP exam
JEECUP is a state-level exam held once a year for admission to polytechnic programs in UP. Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, is the conducting authority. Students can gain entrance to the government and private participating polytechnic institutes of the state. The basic JEECUP eligibility criteria mandate that candidates should have cleared class 10th with 35% aggregate marks and at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The test is conducted for 2 hours and 30 minutes in online mode only. The JEECUP 2026 question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. As per its marking scheme, candidates will be awarded 4 marks for every correct response, and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
