Candidates who register for the counselling will be considered for the seat allotment. Candidates will only be required to register once for the counselling process of the JEECUP 2025 exam. The authority conducts the counselling in 3 rounds online.

Once the candidate fills in the JEECUP details for registration and clicks on submit, they have to pay the counselling fee

Once the candidate has successfully registered for the counselling, they have to complete the following steps.
Choice-Filling- The JEECUP choice filling is where candidates have to select their colleges and courses based on their order of preference. Once the choices are selected, candidates should ensure they lock their choices. If not locked, the system will automatically consider the last selected choices.
JEECUP Seat Allotment- The authority will allot seats to the candidates based on their choices and merit. The seat allotment will be released in 7 rounds. Once the candidates are allotted seats, they will be required to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 3000
Document verification - The authority will conduct the JEECUP document verification in offline mode. Candidates have to report to the allotted institutes along with physical copies of the uploaded documents for the verification process. Failure to report to the allotted institute for document verification will result in the cancellation of admission.
