The last date of application was May 20 (Phase 3), however, the registration link is still active. The application form of GITAM GAT 2020 was released on November 20, 2019. The application fee payment can also be made through both modes. While filling the GITAM GAT application form 2020, the candidates will have to provide all of the required valid details. The application form of GITAM GAT 2020 has to be submitted to participate in the examination. GITAM GAT was conducted in three phases as an online home test. Procedure to fill GITAM GAT Application Form 2020?
The detailed step-wise procedure to fill GITAM GAT 2020 Application Form is given below. It should be noted that candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria of GITAM GAT 2020 before filling the application form.
Step 1 - New Applicant Registration - Firstly, the candidates will have to register by clicking on the “New Applicant” button. Details such as name, mobile number and email address has to be provided and password has to be generated. The application number will be generated after registration.
Step 2 - Filling of Details - After logging in, candidates will have to fill all the relevant details such as personal, communication, and academic details. After filling the details, candidates will also have to select a test preference centre and agree to the declaration given at the end. Below is the list of all the details a candidate is required to enter while filling the from.

Candidates will have to select any 2 test centres from the drop-down list visible on the screen. (Not applicable since the exam is conducted as an online home test)
Candidates will be required to select the course for which they wish to appear in the GITAM GAT 2020. Also, they will have to select the subjects they want to appear in - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB).
Name of the college last studied/ studying
Before submitting the GITAM GAT application form 2020, candidates should ensure that all the details are entered correctly and does not require any rectifications. After rechecking all the details, candidates will have to agree to the declaration given at the end of the page. Click on the “Submit” button. After the submit button is clicked, the candidates will again get a chance to edit any information. If satisfied with the details, click on “Continue” and proceed further.
Step 3 - Uploading of Photo & Signature
After submitting the GITAM GAT 2020 application form, the candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature. It should be noted that the photograph size should be between 4 KB and 50 KB with the dimension of 4 cm x 4 cm and in jpg/jpeg format only, and should not be older than three months.
Step 4 - Payment of Fee - When the candidates reach the payment page after uploading photograph and signature, they will have to choose the mode of payment i.e through online payment gateway or through demand draft.
If a candidate chooses to pay through Demand Draft then they will have to take two printouts of the application form and have to send one copy of it along with a DD drawn in favour of GITAM payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank by Registered post, Speed Post, Courier to the DIRECTOR-ADMISSIONS, GITAM Deemed to be UNIVERSITY, GANDHINAGAR CAMPUS, RUSHIKONDA, VISAKHAPATNAM-530045, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA before the last date. Note that the application number should be written on the backside of the Demand Draft.
If a candidate chooses to pay through Online Payment Gateway then they should read all the terms and conditions carefully and then choose any one payment gateway out of the available ones. To make a payment, a candidate can select any one from Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking. Once the payment is done, get a print out of the same.

GITAM GAT 2020 Offline Application Form
The examination authority allowed candidates to apply for the GITAM GAT 2020 through offline mode. GITAM GAT application form 2020 could be filled in offline mode in the following ways.
By Post - Candidates will have to send their request on a plain paper with their names and mailing address to Director-Admissions, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam - 530 045, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. Along with the request, DD for Rs 150/- drawn in favor of GITAM (Deemed to be University) payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank should also be attached.
Candidates can also get the application forms from the Banks and later send it to Director-Admissions, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam - 530 045, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA along with a DD for Rs 800, drawn in favor of GITAM (Deemed to be University), payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.

Analysing the previous year data, the cut-off rank for CSE Vizag was 5900 approximately. So at your rank, it will a little difficult for you to get CSE there, but you can try as this is not the exact cut-off. This year the cut-off ranks may vary depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it. So, you may get a chance, but you will have to wait for counseling.

The authorities have extended the application date for GITAM GAT 2020 due to the current scenario. The third phase of GITAM GAT 2020 has been organised from May 20- may 23.
