GITAM GAT Hall Ticket 2019: The admission authorities released the hall ticket of GITAM GAT 2019 on April 5. It may be noted that before candidates could download the GITAM GAT 2019 hall ticket/admit card, they had to book their slots which was available from April 5 to April 7. An online exam, GITAM GAT was conducted over multiple days, with each day in turn having multiple sessions. GITAM GAT 2019 slots were offered on first-come, first-served basis, so candidates had to book their slots early if they had any special preference. Post successful slot booking, the candidate were able to download the GITAM GAT 2019 hall ticket by clicking on the “Generate E-Hall Ticket” link. Please note hall tickets of GITAM GAT 2019 was not sent by post or any other means to the candidate. The GITAM GAT 2019 hall ticket/ admit card carried details like centre and address of the exam centre, and time and date of the exam. How to download Hall ticket of GITAM GAT 2019

Step 1: Slot Booking – GITAM GAT 2019 aspirants had to book their slots first, post which admit card of GITAM GAT 2019 was generated. Steps to book slots:

  • Log-in to slot booking portal by entering application number, gender, and date of birth.

  • After successful log-in, book a test centre, date and time from the available options.

  • After selecting the test slot, the candidate needs to submit it.

Step 2: Download Admit Card – Once the GITAM GAT 2019 slot booking details were submitted by the candidate, the hall ticket was generated. The candidate had to download and take a printout of the GITAM GAT 2019 hall ticket.

Note: Before downloading the admit card of GITAM GAT 2019, the candidate had to ensure that the details mentioned on it were correct. If there was any discrepancy, it should have been brought to the immediate notice of exam authorities – be it an incorrectly spelled name, or a blurry photograph.

Important points related to GITAM GAT 2019 Hall Ticket

  • The GITAM GAT hall ticket 2019 was generated only post successful slot booking. Slots were available on first-come, first-served basis; so it was recommended candidates book their slots early to get a preferred exam centre or date.

  • The hall ticket or admit card of GITAM GAT 2019 was not sent to the candidate through post, and was available through admit card portal only.

  • On the day of the exam, candidates were required to verify their identity by disclosing their e-tickets to the proctor at the registration counter in the test centre.

  • In addition to the GITAM GAT 2019 hall ticket, the candidate had to produce any of the following documents for personal identification:

  • Passport

  • Driving License

  • EC voter ID card

  • IT PAN card

  • School or College photo bearing ID card

  • Aadhar Card

I got 45k rank in gitam gat will I get a seat in hyd or vizag.. For cse branch.. Please respond fast i need to take admission

Hello aspirant,

Sorry to say this but with your rank you cannot get into cse branch with that rank.According to previous years cutoff cutoff was around 10k to 12k.

But you can try to get into gitam university into desired branch by getting a management seat also.

Hi Siva,

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma/degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that you must clear your mathematics supplementary examinations first then and then only you will be fulfilling the eligibility criteria. And hence then you will be eligible for admission. If your result comes before counseling then definitely you will be eligible have cleared the supplementary
