CG PPT Counselling 2019 - Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur, has released the third seat allotment on July 27. Students can now login to their candidate portal to check their allotment status. The third round registration of CG PPT 2019 counselling was available from July 23 to 25. The exam authority has earlier released the first and second allotment of CG PPT 2019. Along with the seat allotment, the authorities have also released the cutoff and college wise allotment details of CG PPT 2019. The registration process of CG PPT 2019 counselling Round 1 & 2 closed. CG PPT 2019 is being conducted in online mode and have three rounds. Registrations will be open for each round. The counselling process is open to merit list candidates only. Eligible CG PPT candidates have to get registered, participate in the choice entry, and then get their documents verified at DVCs. CG PPT seat allotment is based on both the merit rank of the candidate and also options entered. Chhattisgarh Polytechnic (CG PPT) Counselling 2019
The counselling of Chhattisgarh Polytechnic 2019 is being conducted online as per the merit rank of the candidate. Meanwhile, allotment of seats are based on both the merit rank of the candidate in CG PPT 2019 as well as options (the combination of course and institute) selected during the choice filling process. Step 1 - Registration
To register for CG PPT 2019 counselling, the candidate has to enter the following details:
Date of birth
CG PPT 2019 Roll Number
Select a password
Upon entering the above details, a unique registration number will be generated; note it down.
The candidate has to next log-in to the newly created account using registration number, password and security code displayed on the screen. It will redirect the candidate to a page that will display an application form with some data in read-only mode (those entered by the candidate at the time of filling the application form).
Additionally, some empty fields as listed below will also appear that the candidate has to fill in.
Mobile number of parent/guardian
Aadhaar number, etc.
Payment of counselling fee
The candidate will also have to pay the counselling fee in this step, using online payment gateway, including net banking, credit and debit cards. Other modes of payments, like through DD, will not be accepted.
Step 2 - Choice Filling
The candidate has to next enter the choice of colleges and branches in the order of priority. For each course, the list of available institutes will be displayed on the screen so that the candidate won’t have trouble any trouble in finding the right combination. After filling the choices, the candidate needs to lock and take a printout of these choices.
Step 3 - Document Verification
Next the candidate will have to report in person at any of the listed Document Verification Centres (DVCs) and get their documents verified. Any candidate who doesn’t participate in the document verification process or fails in the verification process will not be considered for admission.
Upon successful completion of the document verification process, candidates will be issued Receipt cum Acknowledgement Form.
Step 4 - Allotment of seats
The third allotment of seats has been released on July 27.The first and second seat allotment of CG PPT 2019 was released earlier. Chhattisgarh Polytechnic 2019 seat allotment is conducted in online mode; there are three seat allotment rounds. CG PPT 2019 seat allotment is based on aggregate marks of CG PPT 2019 and choices opted for admission. If two or more candidates score the same marks in the state-level exam, the interse-merit will be considered for seat allotment.
Notification of seat allotment is sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate via SMSs. Candidates who are allotted seats will be sent Provisional Allotment Letters, which can be downloaded by logging into one’s account using registration number and password.
Step 5 - Reporting at allotted institute
The candidate has to finally report at the allotted institute with originals and photocopies of all relevant documents and also the Provisional Allotment Letters to confirm their seats.
