AP POLYCET Application Form 2019 – State Board of Technical Education and Training, Amaravati, has released the AP POLYCET 2019 application form on March 7 and the eligible candidates have to submit it on or before April 21 (extended). It must be noted that AP POLYCET application form 2019 can be filled online as well as offline. In case of offline, candidates have to download it first along with the instruction booklet. After duly filling the hard copy of the AP POLYCET application form, the AP POLYCET applicant needs to submit it to the computer operator at a nearby help line centre. The operator will then enter the details mentioned on the application form on to an online application system, and also upload the photograph and signature. Upon successful submission of the AP POLYCET 2019 application form, admit cards will be generated on the same day – if there is a rush, especially in the last few days of application submission, it, however, may take two to three days.

How to fill AP POLYCET 2019 application form?
It is recommended that before proceeding to fill the application form of AP POLYCET 2019, candidates confirm their eligibility. Also, only correct and verifiable information must be used for filling the AP POLYCET application form 2019, or else the candidate stands to be rejected in the document verification process.
Application form of AP POLYCET 2019 is available for download a from March 7 to April 21 (extended). Eligible candidates need to either download the application form (along with the instruction booklet) and fill it at home, or they can visit a nearby helpline centre for filling the application form.
Before filling the application form, candidates need to keep the following details in hand,
- 10th class hall ticket
- Date of Birth proof
- Income certificate
- AAdhar/Mobile/E-mail details
- SADAREM Certificate (optional)
Steps to fill the AP POLYCET application form 2019- offline mode
Step-1: Fill the application form-
Go through all the instructions given on the instruction booklet and then proceed to fill the form.
Fill in name as mentioned in school records. Ensure that you leave gaps between parts of the name.
Fill in father’s name.
Enter address details for correspondence – house number, village/street, mandal/town/city, district, PIN code, and mobile number.
Enter area code
The candidate also has to enter an exam centre where he/she would like to give the test
Choose the reservation category from the following – BC, SC, or ST
Special category candidates have to choose from CAP, SP, PH, NCC options.
Next the candidate has to choose the medium he/she wants to appear in the exam – examination in Urdu medium is offered only at Guntur and Nandyal centres
The candidate is also required to paste a recent photograph duly signed by parent (guardian) in the designated space
The candidate needs to submit the completed AP POLYCET application form 2019 to the computer operator at the helpline centre. The application fee of Rs. 400 can be paid in cash or through net banking.
The computer operator will feed the information mentioned on the application form to an online application processing system. If the online submission is successful, the candidate will be issued AP POLYCET admit cards on the same, except in such cases where there is a rush and admit card is issued after two to three days.
Steps to fill the AP POLYCET 2019 application form - online mode
Step-1: Upload the necessary Documents-
Fill the relevant Board type (SSC/CBSE/ICSE/NIOS/APOSS/Other Board SSC/CBSE/ICSE/NIOS/APOSS)
Then fill the Child ID or hall ticket number of Class 10
- Candidates should upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format which includes 10th class hall ticket, photo and SADAREM Certificate (if applicable).
Step-2: Application fee payment- The application fee of AP POLYCET 2019 is Rs. 400, which can be paid in cash or online (net banking).
Step-3: Transaction Confirmation- Once the payment was done, The candidates can able to download the hall ticket as PDF file and through email.
