Delhi CET Application Form 2020 - DTE, Government of NCT of Delhi has closed the submission of Delhi CET 2020 application form. Candidates could fill the online application form between August 3 and September 17, 2020. The procedure to fill Delhi CET application form 2020 included steps such as registration, filling of details, uploading scanned images and more. All details submitted in the application form of Delhi CET 2020 had to be valid in nature. Candidates who failed to submit Delhi CET 2020 application form will not be allowed to participate in the admission process. Delhi CET aspirants should submit the form only after checking the eligibility criteria. The entrance examination has been cancelled due to COVID-19 and admissions will now be done on the basis of merit. Steps to fill Delhi CET 2020 Application Form
All the candidates seeking admission to the diploma courses offered by the participating institutes had to submit the Delhi CET application form 2020 on or before September 17. Candidates could access the application form of Delhi CET 2020 in online mode. Candidates had to note that the Delhi CET 2020 application form was to be filled in capital letters and only in English language. Also, candidates should ensure that they met the eligibility criteria for the examination, failing which will result in the rejection of the application form of Delhi CET 2020.
Step 1 - Registration form - Registering for the online Delhi CET 2020 application form was the first step and it included filling of certain details in the registration form and generating a password. Some of the details that candidates had to fill in the online registration form include

Parent (s) name
Date of birth
Gender
Contact information
All the fields were mandatory to mention except for the ones that was mentioned optional. Finally, upon successful registration, a unique application number was generated.
Step 2 - Filling of the application form - After registration, the next step was filling and completing the application form of Delhi CET 2020. In this step, candidates had to enter the important details that were not filled at the time of registration. Some of the mandatory fields include

After entering the educational and academic details, candidates had to enter the security pin and mark the checkbox “I agree” before submitting the Delhi CET application form 2020.
Step 3 - Uploading important documents - Once the application form is filled, the next step was uploading of relevant documents in a format as prescribed by the authorities. Candidates had to upload a recent colour photograph, signature, and thumb impression. The format and dimensions as prescribed by the authorities are given in the table below.

Step 4 - Payment of fee - Candidates had to complete the application form of Delhi CET 2020 by making payment of examination fee. The examination fee should be paid through online mode, i.e through Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card. The application fee is Rs. 200 + Bank charges (Rs. 15) + Service tax (Rs. 18) and it was a nonrefundable amount under any circumstances. After successful payment, take a print out of the confirmation page for future reference and then click on the “submit” button.
Delhi CET Admit Card 2020 (Not Applicable)
The examination authorities will not issue the admit card of Delhi CET 2020 for this session since the entrance examination has been cancelled. In the previous sessions, all the candidates who successfully submitted the Delhi CET application form were able to download the admit card from the official website and it included details like roll number, date and timings of examination, along with the examination centre address. Candidates were advised to keep the admit card safely for future references as the duplicate admit card was not issued after the examination.

For this year CET application forms had already been closed on september 17. But CET Delhi 2021 Application Form will be released in month of March 2021. Delhi CET ( Delhi Common Entrance Test ) is a state level admission test. This entrance test is conducted every year by the Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE). Through this exam candidates can get admission in Diploma Courses in the field of Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy . Various polytechnic institutes which are located in Delhi state offers admission based on Delhi CET scores.

Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) conducts CET Delhi for admitting students in various Engineering and Non – Engineering diploma courses programs offered in Polytechnic Institutions in Delhi.
DTTE conducts 5 different tests under CET for different courses. the programs are as follows,
Diploma courses (Engineering & Non-Engineering)

I m interested in Diploma in computer engineering,and last year I completed my 12th with PCB .Am I eligible for DELHI CET??and somewhere I saw that Delhi CET is not for non delhi candidates,Is this true??
Hello student as per the eligibility criteria - Candidates should have passed class 10 or equivalent examination with minimum of 35 percent marks or 3.5CGPA from a recognized board. Candidates should also have mathematics, science and English as compulsory subjects.

delhi CET do conduct 5 tests and eligibility criteria do differ for each course , can you help us which test are you going to appear , however for your little help here i am mentioning some of the relevant information if you are applying for lateral entry then only delhi region candidates can apply and the eligibility criteria is candidate must have passed their 10+2 with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with mathematics/biology(botany/zoology) or 12th science (with mathematics as one of the subject) or 12th science with vocational or 12th science with technical or passed 10th class from CBSE board and 2 years ITI (engg) from ITIs/ITCs situated in delhi only
