The authorities will conduct the HP PAT 2025 counselling in two online rounds - Rounds 1 and 2.
First, candidates have to complete the registration process and fill the choices of courses and institutes.
The HP PAT 2025 seat allotment result will be published for every round on the official website. The seat allotment result will be released based on the merit list and choices locked by the candidates.
Candidates who are satisfied with their allocated seats will have to report to the concerned institute for document verification and fee payment.
Those who will not be satisfied with their allocated seats, as well as those who will not be allotted seats in the first round, will be eligible to appear in the 2nd round of counselling.
For the 2nd round, candidates will be able to edit their entered choices during the first round and add new choices.
The result of the 2nd round will be released, and they will have to report to the allotted college or institute for document verification and fee payment.
Candidates should note that the seat allotted to any candidate in 1st round will be automatically cancelled if he/she is allotted a seat in the second round.
The exam authorities will conduct the spot round of HP PAT counselling to fill the vacant seats after the completion of the two rounds. If vacant seats are found even after the second round, then the authorities will conduct a spot round of counselling in offline mode.

You cannot apply for the second round of HP PAT counselling now as the dates for submission of new application or revision of choices based on vacant seats was from August 29 to September 2, 2021. Yesterday was the last date for the submissions. The authorities will not conduct the HP PAT 2021 examination. The admission to diploma courses will be done on the basis of merit of marks secured in the minimum educational qualification prescribed by AICTE for the session 2021-22. You can attend the 3rd round of counselling from September 12 to 15, 2021.
