Punjab 2026 Polytechnic Application Form

The authority will release the application form for Punjab Polytechnic 2026 on the official website. Candidates must check the Punjab Polytechnic admission criteria before filling out the application form. The eligible candidates must fill out the Punjab Polytechnic application form 2026 before the last date. Here is the detailed process given step-by-step for the convenience of the applicants.

Punjab Polytechnic 2026 Application Form process

Candidates will have to visit the official website and click on “New Registration”. The given steps have to be followed:

Step 1: Filling out the Application Form - In the first step, candidates will have to enter personal, educational and communication details. All information should be valid.

Step 2: Uploading of Documents - After filling in the required details of the Punjab Polytechnic application form 2026, candidates have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications prescribed by the authorities.

Step 3: Payment of Fee - Once the candidates upload their documents, they will have to pay the application fee for Punjab Polytechnic 2026. Candidates will be able to pay the fee in online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card).

The authority will conduct three rounds of Punjab Polytechnic Counselling 2026 in online mode. Candidates can refer to the following steps to know about the procedure of all three rounds of Punjab Polytechnic admission 2026 counselling.

Punjab Polytechnic 2026 Admission- Counselling & Seat Allotment Process

• Choice Locking - All the candidates who register successfully for Punjab Polytechnic counselling before the last date must complete the choice locking process. During the choice-locking process, candidates had to select a combination of institutes and courses in the order of their preference.
• Punjab Polytechnic Seat Allotment - After the choice-locking of round 1 is over, the authorities have announced the result of the Punjab Polytechnic seat allotment round 1. The seat allotment will be done based on class 12th merit and choices locked by the candidates. Candidates can check their Punjab Polytechnic 2026 seat allotment results through the official website by entering their application number and password. Candidates will have to take a printout of the seat allotment letter.
• Payment of Admission Fee & Reporting at the Allotted Institute - After the declaration of the Punjab Polytechnic seat allotment result, candidates will have to pay the admission fee in the form of an e-challan and will have to report to the allotted institute along with a print out of the seat allotment letter. Document verification will also be done at the institute.

Note- The same process will be repeated for round 2 of Punjab Polytechnic admission 2026 as per the specified schedule. It should be noted that if a candidate is allotted a seat in the second round, his/her seat in the first round will be automatically cancelled and his/her seat will be upgraded according to the second round.

Punjab Polytechnic Counselling 2026 Re-registration

The authority will hold the re-registration for round 2 Punjab Polytechnic admission 2026. Note that there is no registration for round 3 counselling for Punjab Diploma. Candidates who had registered previously are eligible for round 3 admission. The registration process was followed by choice locking, seat allotment, payment of fees and reporting at the institute as in the previous round of counselling. If the seats are not filled in the first three rounds of Punjab Polytechnic 2026 counselling, then the authority will conduct a fourth round of counselling to fill the vacant seats.
