When comparing with the admitted students, approximately 7 to 51 students across the last three batches didn’t even graduate.
Placement rates are inflated by excluding students who opted for higher studies. When considering the graduates, the real placement rates are around 70 to 75 per cent.
The median salary ranges from Rs. 5.16 Lakhs to Rs. 6.03 Lakhs annually (Rs. 35,000 per month), which is not sufficient to survive in a Bangalore-like place.
A higher number of students moved for higher studies, showing a lack of placement opportunities.
The placement rate and median salary are significantly low.
