Admission to Haryana B.Arch 2026 courses is made based on a valid NATA 2026 score (to be converted into percentile based on data provided by COA) as declared by the Council of Architecture (COA) or percentile of qualified JEE (Main) Paper-II 2026 (B.Arch./B.Planning) and marks secured in the qualifying examination in the ratio of 50:50. Step 2- After filling out the application form, the duly filled application has to be sent by post or submitted directly to the HSTES on or before the last date. The following documents need to be submitted along with the application form:

The Haryana B Arch admission 2026 Merit list will be uploaded on the website in the format of a rank card for the candidates who have submitted their applications successfully. The HSTES will not send any separate result cards to the candidates individually. Candidates who will be selected for the online counselling and seat allotment process will be mentioned on the Haryana B.Arch Merit List 2026. The shortlisted candidates have to register themselves for online counselling after the release of the merit list on the website as per the scheduled date.
HSTES will conduct the counselling and seat allotment process in online mode only in two phases. Candidates need to lock their choices of branch and institute during online counselling. Candidates will have to follow the below-given steps to participate in the counselling process:
Step -1 Application Fee payment:
Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee of Rs.500 (non-refundable) through E-Challan generated from the website during filling out the online application form or through a Credit/Debit Card or net banking.
In the case of E-Challan, the candidate will have to take a printout of E-Challan and it should be deposited on the next day of E-Challan generation in any branch of the prescribed banks including Punjab National Bank and Axis Bank.
The non-refundable amount of Rs.500 should be paid through E-challan or Net Banking/Debit or Credit Card before registering for the counselling process.
Candidates need to check the status of fee deposition.
Registration for the counselling will be done by providing the necessary details on the online application form as per the instructions.

Aadhar Number, IF Aadhaar Number is not available, alternate documents such as a bank account, passport or any other valid Government identity number will be considered.
The candidates who have been allotted seats will have to visit the institute with all originals and three sets of attested photocopies of all relevant documents/certificates. Candidates must note that the original certificates will be returned back to the candidates after verification by the institution. The attested copies of certificates will be verified and signed by the Director-Principal or his authorized representative.
