Haryana B.Arch Admission 2019 - The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Haryana is conducting the admission process for B.Arch programme based on the valid scores of NATA 2019 or JEE Main 2019 Paper-2 and marks obtained in the qualifying exam in the equal weightage of 50:50. Candidates could fill the online application form for Haryana B.Arch admission first round counselling from June 13 to July 1. The candidates who are interested will be required to submit the merit application form in the office of Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) along with the attested photocopies of necessary documents and receipt of fee payment on or before July 1 for 1st & 2nd counselling and July 28 for 2nd & 3rd counselling. The merit list for Haryana B.Arch Admission 2019 will be released by the HSTES on July 4 (1st & 2nd counselling) and July 30 (3rd & 4th counselling). The selected candidates need to register for the Haryana B.Arch counselling and seat allotment process through online mode after the release of merit list. After the result of Haryana B.Arch counselling, candidates need to report at the allotted centre as per the scheduled dates. Haryana B.Arch Admission Process 2019

B.Arch seats will be allotted to the applied candidates based on the marks of NATA or JEE Main Paper-2 and qualifying exam marks in the ratio of 50:50.


Candidates need to secure minimum 50% marks (47.5% for SC category) in the qualifying exam.

Haryana B.Arch Eligibility Criteria 2019

Before filling the online application form, candidates have to check the eligibility criteria details carefully. If any candidates are not eligible for Haryana B.Arch admission 2019, the candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the admission process.


Eligibility Criteria of Haryana B.Arch 2019

  • He/She must be a citizen of India.

  • A pass in 10+2 exam or equivalent from a recognized board or University with Maths as one of the subject with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. OR

  • Candidates should have a 10+3 diploma from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% and Maths as a compulsory subject.


Haryana B.Arch Application Form 2019

The application form for Haryana B.Arch admission will be available in the online mode only. There is no separate entrance test for the admission to B.Arch course in Haryana. Candidates have to submit the filled application form to the office of HSTES on or before the last date to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process.


How to fill Haryana B.Arch 2019 Application Form

  • First, download the application form from the website.

  • Take the printout of the same in the A4 sheet.

  • Then fill the application form as per the prescribed instructions.

  • Candidates have to fill the following details in the application form without any mistakes,

    • Valid NATA or Jee(Main) paper-2 2019

    • Roll No./ ID (As per score/rank Card)

    • Name of the candidate

    • Father’s name

    • Date of birth

    • Gender

    • Aadhar card number

  • After completion of application form filling process, the duly filled application will be sent by post or submitted directly to the HSTES on or before the last date.

Haryana B.Arch Merit List 2019

The merit list for Haryana B.Arch will be uploaded on the website as PDF file for the candidates who have submitted their application successfully. The HSTES will not send any separate result card to the candidates individually. Candidates who are selected for the online counselling and seat allotment process will be mentioned on the Haryana B.Arch Merit List 2019. The shortlisted candidates have to register themselves for the online counselling after the release of merit list on the website as per the scheduled date.

The counselling and seat allotment process will be conducted by the HSTES through online mode only from July 5 in two phases. How to fill apply for Haryana B.Arch 2019 counselling and seat allotment

Application Fee payment:

  • Candidate can pay the counselling fee of Rs.500 (non-refundable) through E-Challan generated from the website during filling the online application form or through Credit/Debit Card or Netbanking.

  • In case of E-Challan, the candidate will have to take a printout of E-Challan and it should be deposited on the next day of E-Challan generation in any branch of the prescribed banks includes Punjab National Bank and Axis Bank.


Steps to submit the online application form for Haryana B.Arch Counselling and Seat Allotment 2019

  • The non-refundable amount of Rs.500 should be paid through E-challan or Net Banking/Debit or Credit Card before registering for the counselling process.

  • Candidates need to check the status of fee deposition.

  • Registration for the counselling will be done by providing the necessary details on the online application form as per the instructions.

Tie-breaking criteria for Haryana B.Arch Admission 2019:

In case two candidates obtain the same marks i.e. Score of NATA or score of JEE Main Paper-2 and mark secured in the qualifying examination in the equal weightage. The criteria will be followed by HSTES to break-up the tie,

  • The candidate got high marks in Mathematics will be considered as rank higher in order of merit.

  • If a tie still continues, the candidate got more marks in English will be taken as rank higher in order of merit.

  • If a tie still persists, age will be considered to break the tie.


Document required during reporting to College/Institution

The candidates who got their seats were advised to bring all originals and three sets of attested photocopies of all relevant documents/certificates at the time of reporting to College/Institution. The original certificates will be returned back to the candidates after verification by the institution. The attested copies of certificates will be verified and signed by the Director-Principal or his authorized representative. The following are the documents required at the time of reporting to the College/Institution,

  • Qualifying exam (10+2/Intermediate/SSC/Matriculation/HSC)

  • JEE Main 2019 rank card/NATA 2019 Score Card

  • Character certificate

  • Residents certificate

  • Certificate from the Employer in the case of Employees of Govt. of Haryana, if applicable

  • Scheduled caste certificate, if applicable
