Q. Is AEEE online or offline or both?

Ans. The AEEE 2018 entrance exam was conducted both in online and offline mode. However, candidates were able to choose only one mode to appear for the exam.

 

Q. What is the AEEE exam pattern?

Ans. The AEEE 2018 entrance exam was of 2 1/2 hours. There were 100 multiple choice questions which the candidates have to answer within the stipulated time. There were 40 questions asked from Mathematics, 30 questions from chemistry and 30 from Physics. For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded 3 marks while for every incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted. If the candidate marks two responses against a question, then it will be considered as an incorrect answer and the candidate will lose a mark. If the candidate does not mark any answer to a question, then no marks will be deducted.

Q. Which languages in the AEEE available in?

Ans. The AEEE entrance exam was conducted only in English Language.

 

Q. Is there a pass mark for each subject in AEEE or the overall marks are considered for each paper?

Ans. To qualify, you have to obtain the minimum qualifying marks in each subject. For the AEEE result, the aggregate will be considered.

Q. Is there negative marking for AEEE?

Ans. Yes, there is negative marking for AEEE. If the candidate answers a question incorrectly, he will lose one mark.

 

Q. Will there be a calculator in AEEE online exam?

Ans. No, there is no provision of a calculator and you cannot carry one to the exam hall too.

Q. What is the difficulty level of the AEEE exam?

Ans. As per reports, it is a good exam that can be cracked with some good preparation. However, it is not possible to predict the difficulty levels as it varies from year to year.

 

Q. What types of questions should I expect in AEEE? Will they be different from JEE Main?

Ans. You will have to answer multiple choice questions in the AEEE entrance exam. The exam pattern of AEEE will be on similar lines as that of JEE Main. The questions will be based on the prescribed syllabus which is basically the Class XI and Class XII syllabus. 

 

Q. What is the marking scheme for AEEE?

Ans.  For every correct answer, candidate will be awarded 3 marks. There is negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer. If the candidate does not answer the question at all, then he would not lose any mark. 

 

Q. Will there be extra questions in AEEE? How to attempt those questions? Will I be given extra marks if I answer them?

Ans.  No, there will be no extra questions in AEEE unlike BITSAT where you have this option.

 

Q. Can I edit my answers in the test?

Ans. For the online exam, answers can be reviewed and edited. For the offline exam, it is not possible to edit or rectify the answers.

I guess you are referring to the JEE Mains here. As of now it is very hard to predict the rank or the expected cut off for any course or college. The ranks keep changing every year depending on the students performance. Hence we'll have to wait till the official declaration of the results.

It has 5 campuses and it is located in Kasavanhalli at Bangalore.
You have to write AEEE exam for getting admission for engineering, college offers 6 steams in engineering which are
Electrical and Electronics Engineering,Computer Science,Electronics and communication,Mechanical, Artificial and Elecrronics  and Instrumentation.

Course fees for B.Tech for is
2,60,000 for 4 years, that is a total of 10,40,000 for 4 years.

COMEDK is not required to be answered to get admission Amrita Viswa Vidhyapeetham College. Your admission will be based upon the entrance test conducted by this Institute known as Amrita Entrance Exam or JEE Mains for engineering. So you can apply any one or both of the exams in order to get admission in the college.
