The authority releases both the GATE score and marks separately. However, GATE score and GATE marks are both completely different. GATE score is scaled from 1 to 1000, while GATE marks are out of 100. The GATE exam pattern consists of 65 questions for 100 marks with a specific marking scheme along with negative marking.
