IPU CET Application Form 2018 - Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has released IPU CET 2018 application form in online mode on February 19. The last date to submit completed IPU CET application form 2018 was May 1. It was advisable for candidates to fill application form of IPU CET 2018 only after checking the complete eligibility criteria of the IPU CET entrance exam. IPU CET 2018 application form have to be filled by candidates and submitted along with the application fee on or before May 1, 2018. The application fee payment had to be paid by candidates in online mode through debit/ credit cards or net banking. What to keep ready before filling the IPU CET 2018 Application Form?
Candidates had to keep the scanned images of their recent passport size colour photograph, digital signature and left thumb impression ready before filling the application form of IPU CET 2018. How to fill IPU CET Application Form 2018?
Candidates had to follow the steps given below to fill and submit the application form of IPU CET 2018.

The detailed steps have been mentioned below for filling the IPU CET 2018 application form.
Step 1 – Fill exam category
Exam Category: Candidates had to select B.Tech as their exam category from the options available.
Step 2 – General Information - First Form First Tab
Personal Information: After selecting the exam category, candidates had to fill personal details like Candidate's name, parents name, date of birth, gender, category, email-address etc. Apart from this, candidates need to enter their address along with their contact details.
Upload photograph, signature and left thumb impression
Candidates had to upload the scanned copies of their recent passport size color photograph, signature and left thumb impression in the prescribed specifications. The following steps had to be followed to upload the above after filling all the details as required in the IPU CET 2018 application form.
To upload the photograph, select its tab as visible and upload it in .JPEG/.JPG or .GIF format only. The file should be less than 80 KB in size.
To upload the signature, select its tab as visible and upload the scanned copy in .JPEG/.JPG or .GIF format only. The file should be less than 80 KB in size.
To upload the left thumb impression, select the left thumb impression tab as visible and upload the scanned copy in .JPEG/.JPG or .GIF format only. The file should be less than 80 KB in size.
Note – Do not use any special character such as ('; &, etc) in the file names of photograph, signature and left thumb impression to be uploaded along with the IPU CET application form 2018.
Step 3 – Qualification details - First Form Second Tab
Candidates were required to fill in their required academic details on the basis of their exam category selected. The following qualification details had to be filled by the candidates in the application form of IPU CET 2018:
Year of passing of class X and XII
Board or university of class X and XII
Percentage of marks of class X and XII
Note: Candidates applying for B.Arch had to enter their NATA 2018 scores.
Step 4 – Declaration - First Form Third Tab
After filling the IPU CET 2018 application form details, candidates had to fill in the ‘captcha’ provided and check the “I Agree” checkbox. Then the “submit” button had to be pressed after which message regarding modification of details was reflected. If candidate agrees to it, then no changes could be made to the details submitted by the candidate.
Step 5 - Generation of login ID and password
After successful submission of the application form of IPU CET 2018, a login ID and password was generated which candidates were asked to note down as this login ID and password were to be used for future references. This login ID and password were also sent to the candidates at their provided email address.
Step 6 – Course Application - Second Form First Tab
Candidates had to apply to the course they are seeking admission into by going to the “Apply for courses” tab. Candidates had to select the course they want to apply for. In this section, the information filled already was also visible. It had to be noted that a candidate cannot apply for the same course twice. The choices for the IPU CET exam centres were reflected as soon as the candidate selected B.Tech as his or her course. Candidates had to choose two exam centres from the given list.
Step 7 – Payment through Billdesk
The amount to be paid by the candidates were displayed along with the date. Candidates had to pay Rs 1000 for each course that he/ she applied for. Candidates had to also pay the additional convenience fee charged by the bank. Payment options included debit/credit card (only Visa or Master cards) or net banking.
Step 8 – Course Registration & Form generation
The printout of the IPU CET 2018 application form containing personal and course details of the candidates were visible here along with the transaction ID. Candidate were required to take a printout of this page and keep it for future use.
Step 9 – View Registered course details
Candidates could view their course details on the view tab and check the courses & details for which they have applied.
How to Apply for mutiple courses
If a candidates wanted to apply for multiple courses, after submission of application for one course, they had to log-in into their account using their log-in id and password. They must click on the Course details tab to apply for another course. the procedure to apply for another course was the same as above.

What After IPU CET 2018 Application Form?
Post the application process completion, the exam conducting authority released the admit card of IPU CET 2018 for all the eligible candidates. IPU CET 2018 admit card was available from May 7 in online mode. Candidates could download the IPU CET admit card by log-in using their user ID and password generated at the time of online registration.
