This process is for those who are Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/non-resident Indians (NRIs)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). The authority will release the eligibility for DASA 2025. Until then, candidates can refer to the following table to know more based on the previous year’s DASA UG eligibility criteria. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of DASA UG before filling out the application form. It should be noted that no candidate will be eligible for final admission if he/she does not satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria of DASA UG 2025.

Candidates will be able to fill out the application form of DASA UG 2025 on the official website when it is released. Candidates have to pay a non-refundable registration fee and tuition fee for 1st semester along with the DASA UG 2025 application form. The tuition fee will be refunded to the candidates if they are not allotted seats. Candidates can refer to the following table to know about the fee payment for DASA UG.

DASA UG application is yet to be released on the official website. Candidates can check the steps to fill the application form of DASA UG 2025 for reference purposes below.
Step 1: DASA UG Registration- Candidates will have to first register in online mode by creating an account at www.dasanit.org. Candidates will be required to follow the given steps for creating an account-
Enter JEE Main application number. It will act as an Username.
Enter JEE Main password (Date of birth)
Enter Captcha words (in the space provided).
Click on "Create my account".
An email will be sent to the email of the candidate with a link to complete the registration.
Candidates will have to click on the link and follow the given steps-
Enter Applicant ID (given in the email).
Create Password.
Confirm Password.
Candidates are advised to note the Applicant ID and password for future reference.
DASA UG Application Filling and Submission- Once the account is created, candidates will have to login to their account using their email address and password. After logging in, candidates will be able to enter any number of choices of institutes and courses. Candidates will also have to upload the scanned copies of relevant documents.

Once the documents are uploaded, candidates will have to submit the DASA UG application form. Once, the candidate clicks on submit a “Preview Application the Form” will be displayed on screen. Candidates are advised to check all the details in the form. If a candidate finds any error in the form, he/she can edit it by clicking on “Edit Application Form”. If there is no mistake, candidates can click on “Submit Application Form” to finally submit it. It should be noted that no corrections can be made to the application form after final submission.
The following rules will be followed by the authorities for tuition fee refund-
Candidates who will withdraw their DASA UG 2025 application before the last date or the candidates who will not be allotted any seats in the seat allotment rounds will be eligible for full refund of Tuition Fee submitted at the time of application.
Candidates who will withdraw their DASA UG 2025 application form after the last date or candidates who will not accept or reject seats allotted to them within the specified time will be eligible for 50% of tuition fee refund.
Candidates who will accept the seat and change their decision of admission later will not be eligible for any refund.
It must be noted that the registration fee of US $ 300 is non-refundable and all refunds will be done through SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS transfer only.
The DASA UG 2025 rank list will be released online at the official website. Candidates will be able to check the DASA UG rank list 2025 through the candidate login using their JEE Main application number and password. The authority will prepare the merit list of DASA UG on the basis of JEE Main ranks. It should be noted that only those candidates will be considered for the DASA 2025 rank list who submitted their application before the last date.
The seat allotment for DASA UG will be done based on the merit list and choices submitted by the candidates while filling out the application form. The authority will conduct multiple rounds of DASA UG seat allotment 2025 including special rounds in online mode. Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website for more information.
Candidates who are allotted their first reference could choose an option to “Accept or Decline” the offer while the candidates who are allotted seats other than the first preference have three options- Accept, Accept & Upgrade and Decline.
Accept- Candidates who accept the seat allotted to them will download and print the Provisional Admission Letter, sign it and submit it to the Allotted Institute at the time of DASA UG admission 2025.
Decline- If a candidate declines the offer of admission, he/she will not be eligible for rounds 2 and 3 of seat allotment. However, such candidates can re-register for the fourth round of DASA UG 2025 seat allotment.
Accept & Upgrade- Candidates who are not allotted any seat in the first round of seat allotment or the candidate who choose the “Accept & Upgrade” option are eligible for the further rounds of DASA UG seat allotment 2025
Reporting at the Institute- After the completion of all four rounds of DASA UG seat allotment 2025, all the provisional selected candidates have to report to the allotted institutes for document verification. The seats of the candidates who fail to report at the allotted institute within the specified time will be automatically cancelled.
Spot Round of Seat Allotment- The authorities also held a spot round of DASA UG 2025 seat allotment for seats vacant after the four rounds. Candidates who are not allotted any seats in the four rounds are eligible to register for the DASA UG 2025 spot round. Candidates who declined their admission offers in the previous rounds are also eligible to re-register in this round by paying a registration fee of US $ 300. New applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria are also eligible to apply in this round.
