JEXPO Admit Card 2019 - West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development will issue JEXPO 2019 admit card online from May 3 onwards. An important document that is required to sit in the pen-and-paper based exam, the admit card of JEXPO 2019 can be downloaded by logging into the official portal using one’s application number. Exam authorities won’t send admit cards to applicants by post for any other means. The JEXPO admit card 2019 will carry important details like the name and address of the exam centre, and date and time of the exam, to name a few. It is important that before downloading the JEXPO 2019 admit card, JEXPO applicants ensure the details mentioned on it are legible and matches those entered at the time of filling the application form – in case of any discrepancy candidates need to get in touch with the authorities.

JEXPO 2019 will be conducted on May 30 (extended) for admission to diploma courses in engineering and technology, architecture, and pharmacy courses offered by polytechnic institutes in West Bengal.

How to download JEXPO 2019 Admit Card

  • Click on the JEXPO admit card download link (will be updated here once it is available)

  • Log in using JEXPO 2019 application form number

  • Upon successful log-in, the e-admit card will be displayed on the screen

  • Download and take a printout of the JEXPO admit card 2019 after checking the details mentioned on it are correct.

If any details on the admit card don’t match what the candidate entered at the time of filling the JEXPO application form or the data is not legible, the candidate must get in touch with exam authorities to get it fixed.

The admit card of JEXPO 2019 will carry important details related to the exam – like the name of the exam centre – that the candidate must note carefully.

Documents to carry on exam day

On the day of the exam, candidates along with the JEXPO 2019 Admit Card must also bring with them a photo identity proof. The list of acceptable photo identity proofs has been mentioned below.

Photo identity proof may be any of the following:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Admit Card or Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination containing a photograph

  • Voter Identity Card

  • Driving Licence

  • PAN Card

  • Passport

  • Bank Passbook which contains the photograph

  • Any other photo id card issued by a competent government authority

JEXPO 2019 – Exam Day Guidelines

The candidate is expected to follow the guidelines prescribed by admission authorities, like reaching the exam venue on time and carrying only allowed items inside the exam hall. Or else the candidate may face difficulties, which can have an adverse affect on how the candidate performs in the test. In some cases, like if the candidate carries illegal items, he/she may even be barred from the exam hall. Here are some dos and don’ts on exam day.

  • The candidate must produce the e-admit card of JEXPO 2019 and the photo id whenever demanded by the exam conducting official.

  • Items like graph papers, log tables, calculators, cell phone or other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the exam hall.

  • The OMR should be only used for answering questions. All rough work should be done on the question paper only

  • No candidate will be allowed to exit the exam hall until the exam is over, barring exception cases and permission from the Invigilator or the Centre-in-Charge.

  • Any candidate found adopting unfair means – like cheating – will lead to disqualification. Legal cases may also be filed against such candidates.

  • Candidates will be allowed inside the exam hall 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam.
