BITSAT Counselling and Seat Allotment 2018 – BITS Pilani will be conducting BITSAT 2018 counselling and seat allotment process tentatively from the third week of May 2018. All of the eligible candidates will have to register themselves for the counselling and seat allotment of BITSAT 2018 by filling and submitting the application form tentatively till the last week of June 2018. The personal and 12th standard qualifications have to be submitted and the candidates will have to select their preferred courses and campuses for the counselling of BITSAT 2018. The seat allotment of BITSAT 2018 is also known as Iteration and the first list will be announced tentatively in the first week of July 2018. BITSAT Counselling 2018
All candidates who qualify the entrance examination will be eligible to apply for the counselling of BITSAT 2018. The application form of BITSAT 2018 counselling has to be filled and submitted by the candidates tentatively from the third week of May to the last week of June 2018. The mark sheet of 12th standard examination also has to be submitted along with the application form for BITSAT counselling 2018.
BITSAT 2018 Counselling Application Process
The eligible candidates will be able to apply for BITSAT counselling 2018 by following the given registration steps.

Step 1 – Filling the Personal Details
While registering themselves for the counselling of BITSAT 2018, the candidates will have to fill their personal details such as their name, mobile number, email ID and more. The candidates will not be able to make any changes after the details are submitted and confirmed. No corrections/entry/changes/overwriting by hand will be allowed on the application form.
Step 2 - Submitting 12th Qualifying Examination Subject Wise Marks
Details regarding the 12th qualifying examination will have to be submitted by the candidates. If the results have not been announced, then the candidates will be required to submit the details later. After filling the information, the candidates will have to print out the BITSAT 2018 Counselling application form and send it to BITS Pilani. However, after the results are announced, the candidates will again have to login, fill and print out the application form and send it before the final date. For this situation, the candidates will have to mention “Original form already submitted, 12th standard marks being submitted now” at the top of the application but they will not be required to pay any additional counselling fee.
Step 3 - Selection of Colleges and Course according to preference
The selection of courses and colleges have to be done by the candidates according to their preference. The correct order of preference has to be selected since no changes will be permitted after the details are submitted.
The print out of the application form of BITSAT 2018 counselling session has to be sent along with the enclosures to the following address through registered post or speed post.

Fee Payment for BITSAT Counselling 2018
The candidates will have to pay BITSAT 2018 counselling fee of Rs. 1000 through online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (challan). The cash payment can be done at all ICICI bank branches in India along with a specially generated Pay-in slip/e-challan.

Waiting List after Round 1 of BITSAT Counselling 2018
The candidates who are listed out in the waiting list will be eligible for the further round of counselling if the seats are left vacant. The list will be available in online mode. These candidates will be able to participate in the subsequent rounds of BITSAT 2018 counselling and will be more likely allotted in the available seats.
Direct Admissions for Board Toppers in 2018
Eligible candidates will be offered direct admissions into the participating institutes of BITSAT 2018. The top rankers of all central and state boards will be eligible for direct admissions irrespective of their BITSAT 2018 scores. These candidates should have obtained an aggregate of 75% marks in Physics. Chemistry and Mathematics with atleast 60% marks in each of the subject.
BITSAT 2018 Seat Allotment
The first list of the allotted candidates will be released tentatively in the first week of July 2018. The seat allotment of BITSAT 2018 is also known as Iteration. The candidates will be able to check their allotment status online and those candidates who are not allotted will be listed out in the wait list. The allotment of the candidates will be done based on their merit and preferences submitted in the registration process.

Reporting at Allotted Institutes
All of the selected candidates will have to report at their allotted institutes to confirm their admission. The tuition fees will have to be paid and verification of documents will be done by the authorities.
