KEAM Eligibility Criteria 2026
Students must carefully check the KEAM eligibility criteria before applying for the examination. See below for the necessary information regarding the academic requirements:
Candidate must be Indian citizen and minimum 17 years of age (no upper age limit).
Candidate must have passed class 12 or equivalent from a Kerala government-recognized board.
Non-Kerala candidates are eligible too (see the official information brochure).
Minimum 45% aggregate marks in class 12 with PCM, which is necessary for B.Tech admission.

CEE Kerala closed the portal for the KEAM application form on February 6, on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in in. Only registered students will be provided the KEAM admit card for the examination in April 2026. Candidates can check below the steps of filling out the application form without any errors.

The official KEAM 2026 notification is not out yet as of the late December 2025 , but it is expected around Febrauary 2026 with registration likely starting then running into March on the Kerela Website.
