Students faced the following JEE Main chemistry discrepancies:
Incorrect answer marked in the provisional JEE answer key
Wrong answer provided for the numerical type question
Wrong question printed
Wrong options provided in the answer key
Apart from this, candidates have also found a mismatch between their marked response and the displayed JEE Main response sheet.
When reading the posts on X, it is clear that students are not happy. Many candidates had already made big payments during the answer key challenge by the time NTA had released any notice. Candidates have faced confusion and loss of trust as now they are questioning not only the chemistry answer key but other sections as well.

Moreover, NTA does not clearly mention whether the revised answer key was only addressed to solve the JEE Main Chemistry discrepancy issue. People are demanding to know whether answers to questions from physics and maths may also prove to be incorrect, which may cause further distress.
