Hello Prajwal, I don't know why you need to mention your category, fees is same for everyone whether general or OBC, reservations are are only for the seats .

Yes as an OBC NCL PwD student you are eligible for full tuition fee waiver at IIIT Dharwad but you still need to pay other charges like hostel charges, admission fees and other mislleneous expenses.
