JEECE 2019 - Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECE), Ranchi will be conducting the JEECE 2019 examination for the admission of students in various engineering colleges in Jharkhand. Candidates who are interested to get admission in any of the engineering colleges in Jharkhand will be required to qualify the Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination (JEECE). The examination will be conducted in an offline mode. The application forms of JEECE 2019 will be available in an online mode from the third week of April, 2019 and the last date to apply for JEECE 2019 will be in the first week of May, 2019. The JEECE 2019 exam will be conducted in the third week of May, 2019 and the results of JEECE 2019 will be announced by the last week of June, 2019. JEECE Eligibility Criteria 2019
The admission authority has set the eligibility criteria of JEECE 2109 for the candidates who wish to take admission in the engineering colleges through JEECE 2019 exam. Candidates will be required to meet the set JEECE 2019 eligibility criteria in order to successfully get the admission in the institute. The following criteria are to be met as given below:
Residential Criteria: The candidates applying for the JEECE 2019 should be the local or permanent resident of Jharkhand. The candidate would be required to present the resident proof in the given format at the time of counselling issued by Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) or Dy. Commissioner of Jharkhand State.
Academic Criteria: Candidates must have cleared the Class 12th boards or equivalent with at least 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry. For the reserved categories, the criteria is set to 40% marks.
Age: There is no such age limit to apply for the JEECE 2019 exam.
Physical Criteria: Candiates will be required to go through medical examination by the board or the institute. Only the medically fit candidates will be given the admission.
JEECE Application Form 2019
The application form for JEECE 2019 will be available in an online mode only from the third week of April, 2019. Candidates will be able to apply for the JEECE 2019 from the official website of the Board. Candidates are advised to be ready with the scanned images of the documents which will be required to be uploaded while filling in the application form of JEECE 2019. Below is the step wise procedure of filling the JEECE 2019 application form:
Registration: Candidates will first be required to register themselves for the JEECE 2019 exam by filling in their personal details, email address and password. And, thereafter will be required to log in to fill in other details such as academic details, parents details, etc. apart from the personal details.
Upload Documents: Candidates are required to upload the scanned images of the recent passport size photograph, signature and left thumb impression and other required documents such as class 10th & 12th marksheets, etc.
Application Fee Payment: After successful submission of the application form, candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 900 (General/BC-1/BC-2 candidates) or Rs. 450 (SC/ST/Female candidates). The mode of payment of fees is via either Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking only. Other mode of payments are not allowed. Service charges will be levied on using either of these payment options.
Submission of Application Form: Candidates will not be required to send the printed application form to the institute/board for the admission. The online application will only be considered. Although, the candidates are advised to keep atleast 3-4 printed copies of the duly filled application form for future use.
JEECE 2019 Application Fee
The application fee for JEECE 2019 will be Rs. 900 for General, BC-1 or BC-2 candidates. The application fee for the SC/ST/Female candidates is Rs. 450. The application fee can be paid through either of these modes Credit card/Debit card/Internet Banking.

JEECE Exam Pattern 2019
Candidates are advised to check the exam pattern of JEECE 2019 before they start preparing for the JEECE 2019 exam. With the help of the exam pattern, candidates will be able to know how the questions will be arranged and framed in the question paper of JEECE 2019. The question paper of JEECE 2019 will be in both English and Hindi language. The answers provided in the OMR sheet by the candidates will be accepted as final. JEECE Syllabus 2019
Candidates who are willing to appear for the JEECE 2019 exam are advised to refer to syllabus of JEECE 2019 exam from the syllabus of class 12th from CBSE boards. Candidates will be required to have the complete information of the CBSE boards class 12th syllabus to start studying for the exam.
JEECE Admit Card 2019
Candidates will be able to download the admit card of JEECE 2019 from the Board’s website. The JEECE 2019 admit card will not be sent by the authority by post and the candidates will have to download the online admit card of JEECE 2019 from the Board’s website only by clicking on the “Admit Card” column. The JEECE admit card 2019 will comprise of the details such as Candidate’s name, roll number, father’s name, category, photograph, and more.
How to download JEECE 2019 Admit Card?
Candidates will be able to download the admit card of JEECE 2019 by visiting the Board’s official website and then will be required to log in by entering the required details. The candidates will be then be required to click on “Admit Card” column to download the admit card 2019 of JEECE. The download admit card should then be checked if there any mistakes. If there are any mistakes on the admit card, candidate should immediately contact the admission authority in written and will be required to get the same admit card at the time of examination along with the letter sent to the authority. If not, get at least 2 prints of the admit card to present it at the time of exam to the invigilator.

JEECE Answer Key 2019
The answer key of JEECE 2019 will be released by the admission authority after the examination is conducted. The JEECE answer key 2019 will be released to help the candidates, who will appear in the examination, to verify the questions they have attempted is either correct or incorrect. With this help, the candidates will be able to analyse themselves whether they will be able to get the admission in the engineering college in Jharkhand or not. The candidates can challenge the answers in the JEECE 2019 answer keys, if they think the answer given by the authority is incorrect within the stipulated time. For such cases, the website will have a window to submit the complaints regarding the incorrect answers in the answer key.
JEECE Result 2019
The result of JEECE 2019 will be released by the Board after the complete evaluation of the answer sheet is done. The exam result will be released tentatively by the last week of June, 2019. The JEECE 2019 result will be made available to the candidates on the Board’s website. Candidates who have appeared in the examination would be able to check their scores from the website. For convenience, the candidate’s OMR sheet will also be availble for download. There will be no re-checking or re-evaluation of the answer sheets.

JEECE Merit List 2019
The combined merit list of JEECE 2019 will be prepared by the Board. Apart from the combined list, category-wise JEECE 2019 merit list will also be prepared by the Board for the candidates who will appear in JEECE 2019 exam. The merit list will be based on the scores obtained in the JEECE exam for the purpose of allotting seats to the eligible candidates. In cases where the candidates will score equal marks in JEECE 2019, the inter-se-merit will be determined for such candidates in following order:
Priority will be given to candidates who have scored higher marks in Maths in the JEECE exam
Priority will be given to candidates who have scored higher marks in Physics in the JEECE exam
Candidates older in age will be given the first preference
Seat will be allotted if the tie persists on the basis alphabetical order of first name of the candidate
JEECE Counselling & Seat Allotment 2019
The counselling of JEECE 2019 will start from the first week of July, 2018. The counselling will be conducted in two rounds in an online mode by the board. The candidates will have to be physically present at the counselling venue for the counselling procedure. After the result declaration, the candidates will be called for the counselling according to their merit list. The detailed information regarding the counselling process of JEECE 2019 will be available in all the newspaper of Jharkhand as well as on the Board’s website. During the counselling process, candidates will have to choose the Institute and Course and will be required to verify all the documents to get the seat in the institute where the candidate wants to get the admission. The second round of counselling will only take place, if there will be any seat left after the first round of counselling. Candidates who have appeared in the first round of counselling are also eligible to sit for the second round. Candidates should carry the original documents as well as the self-attested copies for the verification during the counselling.

JEECE 2019 Counselling Fees
At the time of counselling of JEECE 2019, candidates are required to submit the counselling fees of Rs. 400/- for General/BC-I/BC-II category and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/Female candidates by either RTGS or by Credit/Debit Card. The partial admission fee will also be required to be paid at the time of counselling, which would be intimated later through the advertisement before the counselling will start.
