Important about JEECE 2018
JEECE 2018 was conducted by JCECEB in offline mode on May 26. The application form for the state level engineering entrance test was available from April 16 - May 10.

JEECE 2018 Eligibility Criteria related to Academics/Age for appearing in JEECE 2018
Candidates should have passed I.Sc /10 + 2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
General category candidates should have secured 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, while reserved category candidates must score 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
There is no age limit for appearing in JEECE 2018 for B. Tech admissions.
- Medical checkups, if recommended for admission, will be conducted for all courses by the Board and/ or institution. Only those candidates who have been found to be fit will be considered eligible for admission.
JEECE Eligibility Criteria 2018 related to Residential Requirements
Candidates must be a citizen of India.
They should be local/permanent residents of Jharkhand state.
At the time of the counselling of JEECE 2018, the candidates must submit permanent, local resident certificate in a proper format, issued by competent authority in the original.
Important: Residential certificate issued by any other authority will not be considered and the candidates claim will be refused.
