    JCECE 2023 - JCECEB started the second round JCECE 2023 application form submission for new candidates on July 25. The link for JCECE application form is available at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. JCECEB has released the JCECE 2023 notification online at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. The admissions to B.Tech courses offered by the engineering colleges in Jharkhand are done on the basis of JEE Main 2023 score. The authorities have announced the JCECE 2023 schedule for online registration, choice filling, and seat allotment online. JCECEB concluded the JCECE registration process on July 7, 2023. The application form of JCECE 2023 was available online on the website, jcemain.formflix.org. Candidates need to check the JCECE eligibility criteria before applying online.

    JCECE Eligibility Criteria 2023

    Before filling out the JCECE application form, candidates must check the JCECE 2023 eligibility criteria. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria of JCECE 2023 specified by the authorities will not be considered for admission.

    It is necessary for the candidates to be a local or permanent resident of Jharkhand (Candidates should carry the resident proof at the time of counselling for document verification)

    Academic Requirements

    Should have cleared class 12th or equivalent with at least 45% with Maths, Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects (40% for reserved categories).

    Candidates should be medically fit. They will have to go through a medical examination by the board of the institute.

    JCECE Application Form 2023

    The concerned authorities have released the JCECE 2023 application form on the official website. However, the JCECE application form 2023 date is not announced yet. Candidates can access the forms in online mode only. Candidates are advised to enter valid details and check the details before submitting the form.

    Steps to fill JCECE 2023 Application Form

    Step 1 - JCECE 2023 registration and filling the form - First, candidates have to complete the registration process by entering their personal, contact, and academic details. Upon successful registration, candidates will be able to access the application form by using the credentials. Fill out the complete form by using the valid details.

    Step 2 - Uploading of document - After submitting all the required details, candidates will have to next upload the scanned images of the recent passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and other required documents such as class 10th & 12th mark sheets, etc.

    Step 3 - JCECE 2023 application fee payment - Finally, candidates will be required to pay the application fee in online mode. The application fee will vary depending on the category of the candidates. Service charges will be levied on using either of these payment options.

    JCECE Merit List 2023

    The concerned authorities will release the merit list of JCECE 2023 on the official website. Candidates can also challenge it within a specified period. It is prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in JEE Main 2023. Candidates who are a part of the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling of JCECE 2023.

    JCECE Counselling 2023

    The authorities will conduct two rounds of counselling on the basis of which the seat allotment will be done. At the time of counselling, candidates will have to select the course and institute they would like to get admission to. On the basis of choices filled by them and the availability of seats, the allotment of seats will be done. Candidates will be required to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 400/- for General/BC-I/BC-II category and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/Female candidates by either RTGS or by Credit/Debit Card along with the partial admission fee which will be intimated later through the advertisement before the counselling will start.
