As per JEE Main 2024 cutoff, if the candidates belong to ST category, then they will have higher chances of admission if they secure the cutoff of 1170 (Home State - Male), 23 (Other State - Male), 1170 (Home State -Female), 25 (Other State - Female). This is according to previous year's cutoff.
As per the previous year cutoff, candidate need to secure 8392 (Home State - Male), 3691 (Other State - Male), 9977 (Home State -Female), 5151 (Other State - Female) for higher chances of admission.
NIT Trichy BTech CSE cutoff 2024 ranges from 936 to 5164 for General, 1032 to 3280 for EWS, 1071 to 1778 for OBC-NCL, 499 to 1450 for SC, and 767 to 1472 for ST categories.
The JEE Main 2024 cutoff for CSE at NIT Trichy is 1196-4178 for Home State and 299-1019 for Other States in Round 1 for the General category.
For NIT Trichy, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering was 12706 in Round 1 and 13950 in the Last Round.
Candidates with a percentile between 85 to 95 generally have a chance of getting a seat at NIT Trichy, depending on the branch and category.
