    What is AAT?

    The Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) is conducted to get admission to the BArch courses offered by the IIT BHU, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Roorkee. Only JEE Advanced qualifiers are eligible to appear for AAT exam. The test will be held in pen and paper mode only. The result of the exam is in the form of “PASS or FAIL” status.     Exercises in geometrical drawing containing lines, triangles, angles, quadrilaterals, circles, polygons, etc. Study of plan (top view), elevation (front or side views) of simple solid objects like cones, prisms, cylinders, splayed surface holders, cubes, etc.

    Three-Dimensional Perception

    Appreciation and understanding of 3-dimensional forms with building elements, colour, volume and orientation. Visualization through structuring objects in memory.

    Imagination and Aesthetic Sensitivity

    Composition exercise with given elements. Context mapping. Creativity checks through innovative uncommon test with familiar objects. Sense of colour grouping or application,

    JEE Advanced AAT Admit Card 2026

    The authority will not release a separate admit card for JEE Advanced AAT 2026 candidates. The JEE Advanced admit card is applicable for the AAT exam as well.
