VTUEEEVTUEEE 2018 - Vel Tech Dr. RR and Dr. SR Technical University will conduct VTUEEE 2018 in two phases. Phase I will be pen and pencil mode only and will be conducted tentatively in last week of January 2018. Phase II will be both pen and pencil and computer-based. Pen-and-paper test for Phase II would be tentatively in fourth week of April, and computer-based test in last week of April, 2018. The VTUEEE 2018 application form for both phases will open at the same time, around first week of October 2017, though the deadlines may vary. Candidates can apply for VTUEEE 2018 either online or offline. To apply online candidates must get registered, fill the form, and pay application fee of Rs. 950. Result of VTUEEE 2018 for Phase I will be declared around third week of February, and that of Phase II around first week of May. Based on VTUEEE 2018 result, candidates will be shortlisted for counselling and seat allotment. Counselling for Phase I will take place around first week of May, after declaration of result. Each phase of VTUEEE will have multiple rounds of counselling to fill all available seats, with higher ranked candidates given preference. VTUEEE Application form 2018    

 

The application form of VTUEEE 2018 will open tentatively in the first week of October 2017 for both Phase I and Phase II and can be filled either online or offline mode.

 

Online Application

 

To fill the application form of VTUEEE 2018 in online mode, the candidate has to complete the following steps:

 

Step 1 – Registration  

 

To get registered the candidate has to go to the registration portal and fill in details like name, email ID, and address for correspondence. Upon successful registration, username and password would be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.

 

Step 2 – Log-in to fill VTUEEE 2018 application form

 

After logging in the candidate has to fill in:

  • Personal details: including name of father and mother, and date of birth.

  • Academice details: qualifying exam passed and marks obtained, year of passing, etc.

Step 3 - Upload Photo and Signature

 

In this step, the candidate has to upload scanned copies of photgraph and signature in prescribed format.

 

Step 4 – Payment of Application Fee

 

Finally, the candidate has to pay the VTUEEE 2018 application fee of Rs. 950 to complete the application process.

 

Mode of Payment: The payment can be made using debit card/credit card/ net banking.

 

Note: Candidates who apply online need to note down the VTUEEE 2018 application number and retain a printout of the filled-in application form for future reference.

 

Offline Application

 

Candidates who want to apply offline can obtain the application form of VTUEEE 2018:

  • From the Regional Offices of Veltech University / Book shops on cash payment of Rs.950.

    Or,

  • By sending DD of Rs.950 drwan in favour of “ Veltech Dr.RR & Dr.SR University”, payable at Chennai, to The Director - UG Admission along with a requisition letter containing the full address of the applicant.

  • By handing over a DD for Rs.950 /- in person at Veltech Dr.RR & Dr.SR University, Avadi, Chennai. The filled in application form must be sent only to the University Address:

VTUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2018

 

The eligibility criteria of VTUEEE 2018 give aspiring candidates the list of conditions they need to meet to be considered for B.Tech admission. VTUEEE 2018 eligibility criteria include a host of requirements including age limit and qualifying exam passed. Only those candidates who meet the VTUEEE eligibility criteria 2018 will be considered for admission. How to prepare for VTUEEE 2018

 

For effective prepartion for VTUEEE 2018, candidates need to have in place a proper study schedule and stick to it. Other elements that can sharpen the preparation is proper understanding of what topics need to be followed for VTUEEE 2018, familiarity with marking scheme, and solving sample papers to get into exam mode.

 

VTUEEE Exam Pattern 2018

 

Candidates who want to appear for VTUEEE 2018 can choose between Computer-Based test (CBT) and Paper and Pencil Test (PPT), as the entrance exam will be held in both the modes. VTUEEE Sample Papers 2018

 

To prepare for VTUEEE 2018, it is not enough to simply go through the syllabus and do rot learning. Instead the candidate needs to solve sample papers of VTUEEE to be in a better shape for the entrance exam. VTUEEE Exam Centres 2018

 

The list of exam centres of VTUEEE 2018 will be announced by Vel Tech Dr. RR and Dr. SR Technical University. It is expected that the entrance exam will be conducted in 87 test centres across 35 states and UTs. Candidates have to pick VTUEEE exam centre 2018 at the time of filling the application form. When entering their favourite VTUEEE 2018 exam centre, the candidates must take care to enter the exam codes correctly. VTUEEE exam centres 2018 may include a few new centres, or a few centres may be removed, based on factors like number of applications received.

VTUEEE Admit Card 2018

 

The admit card of VTUEEE 2018 will be available for download two weeks before the entrance exam. To download the VTUEEE 2018 admit card, candidates need to log-in using their VTUEEE 2018 application number and date of birth. The VTUEEE admit card 2018 carries important details like the name of the candidate photograph, and exam centre details. Before downloading the admit card, the candidate must ensure that the details displayed on it are correct; or else the candidate must get in touch with admission authorities immediately and raise a compaint.

 

VTUEEE Result 2018

 

The result of VTUEEE 2018 will be released separately for Phase I and Phase II. The result of VTUEEE 2018 for Phase I will be declared tentatively around the third week of February, while the result for Phase II will be out by around first week of May, 2018. The VTUEEE result 2018 will contain information like the rank and marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance examination. After declaration of VTUEEE 2018 result, candidates will be intimated about their ranks in the entrance exam through email. Also, the result of VTUEEE will not be sent to the candidate through post.

To check result of VTUEEE 2018, candidates need to:

VTUEEE Cutoff 2018

 

The cutoff of VTUEEE 2018 will be determined by Vel Tech Dr. RR and Dr. SR Technical University and is the minimum score candidates need to score to be shortlisted for admission. The VTUEEE 2018 cutoff will be determined separately for each B.Tech programme based on a number of factors like number of seats available, candidates applying for admission to the programme, and also previous years’ cutoff trends. Candidates who don’t meet the VTUEEE cutoff 2018 will not be considered for admission.

 

VTUEEE Counselling 2018

 

Candidates who get shortlisted for VTUEEE 2018 counselling have to be present in person for the counselling round with all the relevant documents. Admission to B.Tech programmes will be through single window counselling which will be done based on the rank obtained by candidates in VTUEEE 2018, with higher ranked candidates called first for counselling. Seats that are left after each round of counselling will be offered in subsequent rounds, meaning lower ranked candidates will have fewer choices to choose from. The counselling of VTUEEE 2018 for Phase I is expected to take place in the first week of May 2018, while counselling for Phase II will take place tentatively in second week of May. Each phase will have multiple rounds, with each subsequent rounds having lower ranked candidates. Candidates who are shorlisted for counselling will be intimated about counselling schedule through emails. The schedule will also be published online.
