JEE Main April Admit Card 2025 - NTA has activated the download link for the JEE Main 2025 admit card for April 7, 8, 9 on April 3, 2025. Candidates can download the JEE Main 2025 April session admit card from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. To access the JEE Mains 2025 admit card session 2, candidates have to provide the application number and password. Applicants must carry the JEE Main 2025 April admit card and valid identity proof on the day of the NTA JEE Main exam. The JEE Main Sessioon 2 admit card for April 2, 3, & 4 exams was issued on March 28, 2025. The authority is conducting the JEE Main 2025 exam from April 2 to 9, 2025 (session 2).

JEE Main 2026 is expected to be held in two sessions. NTA holds the entrance exam in two sessions to provide the following benefits: 

  • Candidates will get two opportunities to improve their scores in the exam if they are not able to give their best in the first attempt. 
  • In the first attempt, the candidates will get a first-hand experience of taking an examination and will know their mistakes which can be improve while attempting the test for the second time. This will reduce the chances of dropping a year and the candidates would not have to waste an entire year.
  • If anyone misses the examination due to reasons beyond control (such as the board examination or health issues), then candidate can appear for the second session. 
  • A candidate is not required to take both the sessions, however, if someone appears in both the sessions, then their best NTA scores will be considered for merit list preparation.

  • Candidates must reach the allotted exam centres before the reporting time.

  • Candidates must carry their JEE session 2 admit card and valid ID proof to the exam centre. Valid ID proofs accepted are - Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, School Identity Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License, etc.

  • Electronic gadgets like mobile, calculators, pager, etc. to the examination hall are prohibited.

  • Candidates claiming PwD reservation will have to produce the PwD certificate issued by the Competent authority at the exam centres.

  • Click on the admit card link

  • Go to the ‘Forgot Password’ link

  • Answer the security question previously selected while filling out the application form of JEE Main 2025.

  • A verification code will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates.

  • The reset link sent to the registered email address has to be used.

  • After this, set a new password.

Is income certificate required during registration of jee mains of current year??

Hello,

Generally an income certificate isn't required for the JEE Main registration, but if you want to claim the EWS quota, then you need this. You must provide the certificate, issued by a government authority, as proof of your family's income being below the specified limit for the reservation category you wish to apply under.

Yes, as JEE does accepts improvement examination scores, so you must go for it but most of the state boards have already conducted or are conducting their 2025 improvement exams. If you have already given your improvement that's fine. If you have not given improvement this year then you can take your improvement next year.
