The MET 2026 exam is a university-level exam, held for a duration of 2 hours for admission to courses other than B.Tech as well. Whereas the JEE Main test is a 3-hour national examination for entry to BTech/BArch/BPlan courses only.
Also, for admission to IITs, aspirants have to take the JEE Advanced exam.
Both tests have negative markings.
JEE includes the NATs apart from the MCQs. Only MCQ-type questions will be asked in Manipal Entrance Test.
