Answer: I am Mahima Kaushik, a graduate of the CSE M.Tech Integrated programme at NIET Greater Noida. I am currently employed with Microsoft.

Mahima Kaushik: NIET fosters academic excellence; has experienced faculty, modern infrastructure, and of course strong placement opportunities. The environment encourages continuous learning and innovation.These are some factors that contributed to my choice of NIET.
Careers360: It is said that at NIET Greater Noida campus life learning is Fun & Growth. What are your thoughts on this?
Mahima Kaushik: I completely agree because the excellent balance of academics, extracurricular activities, and personality development makes it a fun place to learn. Every experience there has contributed to both my personal and professional growth.
Careers360: The institution promotes participation in extracurricular activities and holistic development. Did you have the opportunity to take part in any?
Mahima Kaushik: Yes, I participated in various technical and cultural activities. They helped improve my teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. They also complimented my academic learning exceptionally well.

Careers360: How would you describe the support provided by faculty, mentors, and peers in helping you navigate academic and personal challenges?
Mahima Kaushik: Faculty members and mentors were always approachable and encouraging when needed. My peers also created a collaborative learning environment that made the overall journey enjoyable and enriching.
Careers360: Could you describe how a typical day went at the NIET campus?
Mahima Kaushik: Interactive lectures, laboratory sessions, project discussions were some of the daily activities. In addition, there were various campus activities. Each day offered new learning experiences and opportunities for development; skills or personal.

Mahima Kaushik: Studying with students from different backgrounds encourages the exchange of ideas and perspectives. It enhanced teamwork, creativity, and collaborative problem-solving throughout my academic journey.

Mahima Kaushik: The campus is safe, inclusive, and has a friendly atmosphere where students can focus on academics and personal development. The supportive environment encourages learning with confidence.
