Chitkara University - Under "The Chitkara University Act," the Punjab State Legislature founded Chitkara University Mohali in 2010. The university confers undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctoral degrees in accordance with the University Grant Commission Act of 1956. Careers360. Tell us something about yourself such as from which place are you from?
Tarun Mittal. I am Tarun Mittal and I live in Sirsa, Haryana
Careers360. Presently which course are you pursuing and in which year are you?
Tarun Mittal. I am a 2nd year student at Chitkara University pursuing my Computer Science and Engineering degree programme.
Careers360. Did you face any difficulty in the initial months when you joined the institute?
Tarun Mittal. No, everything was well organized and I easily adjusted at the university.

Tarun Mittal. There are a lot of clubs present in Chitkara University. Most Popular ones are GFG CUIET, C²S² IEEE, BNB, ISTE, ACM. I Am a part of Codechef CUIET Community.
Careers360. Describe a typical day at your institute – what do you do from the time you wake up till you go to sleep?
Tarun Mittal. I Attend lectures, in my free time hang out with friends, then I do some college work and sleep at around 12 AM.
Careers360. Tell us about the faculty-student ratio here and about the teacher-student relationship in your understanding.
Tarun Mittal. Faculty is very kind and good in nature
Careers360. What facilities do you have on campus? What do you like here the most which you feel is unique and differentiating?
Tarun Mittal. We have all the major facilities at Chitkara University like labs, workshops, library, food joints, sports, gym, atm, salon etc. I like the infrastructure the most.

Tarun Mittal. Very comfortable and super clean, also the food is nice and hygienic.
Careers360. What about the medical facilities? Can you avail requisite medical attention if needed in an emergency?
Tarun Mittal. The university has fine medical services and also has ambulances on campus, there is also a good hospital right in front of the university.
Careers360. How do you balance your studies, projects, exams and other activities?
Tarun Mittal. Making a proper timetable and following it sensorly helps to balance activities in life, is my personal experience.
Careers360. Tell us about the clubs and societies at the campus and how significant are they from your point of view or students point of view?
Tarun Mittal. There are a lot of clubs as mentioned before by me. It's good as it helps students to explore their interests beyond studies.

Tarun Mittal. Yes, there is an in-house magazine for the latest events or happenings at the university.
