    Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2026 – The BCECE Board has released the Bihar UGEAC 2026 seat allotment for round 1 on July 4. Candidates can access the UGEAC seat allotment 2026 link from bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. It is available in PDF format. Moreover, the UGEAC cutoff 2026 is also out. Candidates with a valid JEE Main 2026 score have been considered for UGEAC seat allotment.     Process for Bihar Engineering Counselling 2026

    1. Bihar UGEAC Counselling Registration- Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Bihar UGEAC 2026 have to complete the registration online. After the completion of registration, a user id and password is generated. This user id and password will be used in further counselling process. The following details will be required for the Bihar UGEAC counselling registration:

    • Candidate’s registration number.

    • Name of the candidate.

    • Date of Birth.

    • Communication address.

    • Mobile number.

    Candidates will also be required to create a unique password with 8 to 13 characters, including one special character, one upper case and one lower case character.

    1. Choice Filling- Candidates had to log in using the user id and password. Once they have logged in successfully they had to make the choices of colleges and courses. There is no limit to making choices. After the choice filling candidates must lock their choice. Moreover, candidates can edit their options till the last date. The list of choices made will be sent to the candidate's registered email.

    1. Locking of Choices- Once the process of Bihar UGEAC choice filling 2026 is completed, candidates have to lock their preferences. The choice of courses and colleges has to be locked by clicking on ‘Lock Choices’ after entering the password. Candidates will also be able to make changes in choice by clicking on the ‘Unlock Choices’ button.

    1. Seat Allotment- Based on the choices filled and the candidate’s JEE Main 2026 ranks, allotment of seats is done during Bihar Engineering Counselling 2026. Candidates have to log in using their registration number and password to check the UGEAC allotment result. The seat allotment result will also be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates and be announced through the newspapers.

    1. Payment of Fees- Candidates allotted seats will have to report at the respective centres for confirmation of admission into Bihar Engineering. Candidates will also have to pay the admission fee of Rs. 25,000 through a DD drawn in the favour of the Principal of the concerned institute, or in cash at the respective centre. Students not satisfied with the allotment result will be able to withdraw within the allotted period.

    1. Verification of Documents- At the time of admission at the institute allotted, candidates will have to undergo verification of documents. Given below is the list of documents required by candidates for verification.

    List of documents for Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2026

    • Bihar UGEAC Seat allotment letter.

    • Six passport-sized photographs (same as those uploaded during Bihar UGEAC registration).

    • Date of birth proof (Class 10 passing certificate).

    • Identity proof.

    • Class 12 marksheet (Admit card for candidates yet to appear).

    • Part A of the application form.

    • Character Certificate issued by the Institution last attended

    • Caste certificate (if applicable).

    • Annual Income Certificate (if applicable).

    • Domicile Certificate to be obtained from Concerned C.O. countersigned by DM or SDO (Civil) of the permanent residence.

    • Certificate of Disability (if applicable).

    • Certificate for Serviceman's Quota (SMQ) mentioning the relationship with the candidate (if applicable).

    • Certificate showing that one of the parents is an employee of UNO and is posted at present in Bihar. (if applicable).

    • Certificate showing that one of the parents is a Govt. of India or any PSU employee and is posted in Bihar. (if applicable).

    • Certificate showing that one of the parents is a Govt. of Bihar employee (if applicable).

    • Refugee Registration Certificate (if applicable).

    • Medical Certificate.
