Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2026

Candidates first need to register themselves to participate in counselling for Bihar UGEAC 2026. Students need to provide their personal, academic, and contact details for registration of the counselling process. Candidates are advised to fill in their preferred colleges and courses carefully and lock in within the specified time. After the successful registration and locking their choices, the Bihar UGEAC will release their seat allotment for 2026.

The authority allots seats as per the JEE Main 2026 merit, availability of seats, and choice locking. The Bihae UGEAC will conduct the UGEAC seat allotment in two rounds. The BCECEB also conducts a mop-up round if there are still seats left. Selected candidates will have to download their Bihar UGEAC 2026 seat allotment letter and confirm their admissions by completing the required process.

Steps to download Bihar UGEAC seat allotment 2026

• Visit the official website of Bihar UGEAC.

• Click on the seat allotment letter link.

• Enter the roll number and password.

• Click on “Sign In”.

• The Bihar UGEAC seat allotment status will be displayed on the screen.

• Download the allotment letter and print it out for future use.

What after the Bihar UGEAC 2026 seat allotment?

The BCECEB releases the Bihar UGEAC allotment letter for their selected candidates. Students can download their UGEAC allotment letters from the official website. The selected candidates will have to confirm their admission by following the required guidelines and completing the process specified by the authorities.

• Payment of admission fee: All the selected candidates will have to pay the required admission fee for confirmation of seats. To pay the fee, the candidates will have to visit their respective reporting centres or colleges. The admission fee has to be paid by cash or a demand draft drawn in favor of the principal of the concerned institute. If the payment is not made within the allotted time, then the admission of the candidates will be rejected. The option of seat withdrawal will also be available to the candidates. However, if the seat is not withdrawn within the given time, then no refund will be given.

• Verification of documents: Next, the candidates have to verify the original and photocopies of the required documents. If the documents are not verified, then the candidates will be disqualified from the admission process. The cancelled seat will be considered during the next round of counselling. After verifying the documents, the candidates will have to report to their respective institutes along with the allotment letter.

Bihar UGEAC Seat Allotment 2026—Documents required for verification

Candidates will have to produce the following documents at the time of verification:

• Photocopy of the UGEAC 2026 counselling form.

• Seat allotment letter of Bihar UGEAC 2026.

• Six passport-size photographs (same as the one used in the counselling form).

• Proof of age (10th standard pass certificate or admit card).

• 10+2th standard admit card and mark sheet.

• Aadhaar card.

• School leaving certificate.

• Caste certificate.

• Character certificate.

• Residential certificate (if applicable).

• Income certificate (if applicable).

• Refugee registration certificate (if applicable).

• Certificate of disabled quota (if applicable).

• A certificate showing that the parent of the candidate is an employee of Govt. of Bihar/Govt. Of India posted in Bihar/United Nations currently posted in Bihar.

• Parents’ permanent (or more than 10 years) resident certificate in Bihar.

Bihar UGEAC 2026 Seat Allotment - For subsequent rounds

The exam conducting authority will release the Bihar UGEAC seat allotment 2026 for each round in a phase-wise manner. No new registration or choice filling is allowed for the subsequent rounds of Bihar UGEAC seat allotment 2026. During these rounds, allotment of seats will be based on the scores secured by the candidates in JEE Main 2026, previously filled choices as per preference, and seat availability. Candidates who will be eligible to participate in the second and third rounds of seat allotment of Bihar UGEAC 2026 are:

• Registered candidates who are not allotted in the first round.

• Candidates who got their documents verified for admission but want to participate in the future seat allotment rounds.
