BCECE 2019 - Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the round three seat allotment result of BCECE counselling 2019. Students who have been allotted a seat need to visit the nodal centres within specified dates for document verification and admission. Round 1 seat allotment was announced on August 8 while the round 2 seat allotment was published on August 21. The merit list of BCECE 2019 was announced in online mode on July 29. The BCECEB has discontinued the entrance exam for admission in B.Tech course from this year and admission is on the basis of JEE Main ranks. The admission procedure has now been termed Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) 2019. Registrations for UGEAC 2019 (BCECE 2019) is closed. Candidates who have qualified JEE Main 2019 and meet the required eligibility criteria are required to register before July 15. BCECEB used to conduct BCECE for admission to B.Tech programmes offered by state colleges. The successfully registered candidates are listed out in the merit list. The shortlisted candidates of BCECE will be invited to participate in the counselling procedure of BCECE 2019 and seats will be allotted on the basis of merit, choice filling and availability of seats.Latest: BCECE 2019 Seat Allotment declared for round 3

The eligibility criteria of BCECE 2019 are a set of parameters which candidates will have to fulfil to be considered for exam and for admissions later.
BCECE 2019 eligibility criteria includes the following parameters.
Age: There is no age limit.
Qualifying exam and marks: Candidates need to have completed their 10+2 or equivalent exam with minimum 45% marks in it. For those belonging to reserved categories, they need to have 40% marks in the same.
Qualifying subjects: Candidates need to have passed their qualifying exam in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology as subjects.
Year of applying: Candidates appearing in their qualifying examination in 2019 will also be eligible to apply for UGEAC.
JEE Main: All of the candidates should have qualified JEE Main 2019.
The application form of BCECE 2019 (UGEAC 2019) has been released by the authorities in online mode. Candidates will have to fill all the details required in BCECE 2019 application form and submit it on or before the last date i.e., July 15.
How to fill BCECE Application Form?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to fill the application form of BCECE 2019:
Step 1 – Registration: First of all, candidates will have to register using their JEE Main 2019 application number and date of birth. Upon successful registration, an "Activation Code" will be sent to their registered email and mobile number using which they will have to activate their account and enter the code sent. Candidates will have to then login with their email address and password and fill all the details. The email address of the candidate will be his/ her username.
Step 2 – Filling of personal details: Candidates will have to fill their valid personal and communication details in this step.
Step 3 - Uploading Photo & Signature: Candidates are required to upload their scanned passport size colour photograph and signature in the format prescribed below.

File size should be less than 100 KB
File format must be JPEG or JPG only
Name and date of photograph must be mentioned beneath the photo

Step 4 – Filling of academic details: In this step, candidates will have to fill their academic or educational information.
Step 5 – Preview of information filled: Before submitting the form, candidates will be able to preview the information filled by them in their application form and edit the mistakes, if any.
Step 6 - Payment of application/ examination fee: The application form of BCECE 2019 will be considered as incomplete if the requisite fees is not paid with it. Candidates can pay the fees in either online or offline mode. The fees in online mode can be paid through debit card/ credit card or net banking. However, for offline payment, candidates will have to get a bank challan made.

Step 7 – Submission and Downloading of Application Form: Candidates will have to download the filled application form in Part A and B and take its print out. This printout of the application form has to be kept with candidates for future use as it will be required during counselling.
The merit list of BCECE 2019 announced by the authorities in online mode. BCECE 2019 merit list consists of the roll numbers of the qualified candidates who are eligible for the counselling session. Only those candidates who will have their roll numbers mentioned in the result will be able to participate in the counselling procedure.
The minimum ranks required to get admission is the cutoff of BCECE 2019. Candidates having ranks less than the cutoff will have less chances of admission in comparison to those who have more or equivalent ranks. BCECE cutoff 2019 will be prepared and released category and course wise.
The counselling of BCECE 2019 is being conducted for all the qualified candidates who registered and are listed in the merit list. These candidates will be able to participate in the counselling session and select their choice of colleges and courses.
The seat allotment is done on the basis of candidates' merit and choice filling and availability of seats during counselling. These candidates will be required to download and take a print out of their Provisional Allotment Letter. The fee payment has to be done at the reporting centres through demand draft or cash and also get their documents verified.

Candidates will have to fill their district codes in the application form. BCECE 2019 district codes have to be filled following the address of the candidate. Based on the district codes of BCECE 2019, candidates will be allotted exam centres where they can appear for the exam. Candidates appearing in the exam must know the syllabus and exam pattern of BCECE 2019 to start the preparation from.
The questions in the entrance exam will be asked from the prescribed BCECE 2019 syllabus. Therefore, candidates must know the complete syllabus of BCECE 2019. The syllabus will consist of subjects, topics and units from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
