Offline Procedure of filling ITSAT Application Form

  • Candidates are required to download the application form of ITSAT.
  • Then, candidates have to fill details like personal information and details of education background in the application form of ITSAT.
  • The last step is to post the application form along with the demand draft in favor of "IFHE - Prospectus Fee A/c ITSAT 2017 " payable at Hyderabad.

Offline Procedure of filling ITSAT Application Form

  • Applicants will enter their details like personal information and details related to education background in ITSAT application form.
  • The portal will redirect to payment of ITSAT application form through credit/ debit card or internet banking using secure internet payment getway.
  • After the payment is done, candidates will attach scanned color photgraph.

Online Procedure of filing ITSAT Application Form

 

  • Fill ITSAT Application Form with details like branch preference, Exam through which admissions are sought, Name of candidate, personal details, academic details, language proficiency, awards if any, family background and mode of payment.

  • Upload Scanned recent color Photograph in .JPG format only with dimensions (size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm)

  • Thereafter candidates have to pay the Application Fee and submit the same.

  • Candidates must save the filled in application form and keep the same.

  • Online applicants will be sent the prospectus after they submit the application form

ITSAT Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates applying for admissions to various B.Tech programmes must have secured a minimum aggregate marks of 50% in Class XII or its equivalent board of examination.
  • The compulsory subjects studied in Class XII or equivalent board of examination includes Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and complusory subjects has to be English.
  • Candidates appearing in Class XII or equivalent examination are eligible to appear in ITSAT.
  • Admissions to undergraduate courses in B.Tech/ B.E. programmes will be offered on the basis of scores obtained in ITSAT and JEE Main.

ITSAT Counselling Details

Important Points

  • Seat allotment in couselling is based on scores secured by candidates in national level ITSAT for various IFHF campuses across India.
  • The aspirants qualifying ITSAT will receive a call letter from officials of IFHF to appear in the ITSAT counselling round.
  • Seat allotment is based on preferences made by the candidates apart from the scores obtained in ITSAT.
  • Final allocation of branch in under graduate course of B.Tech/B.E. programmes will be undertaken by Admission Committee of IFHF.
  • The candidates in Class XII will submit photocopies of provisional certificate till orginal certificate is provided by the council of board

  • Marksheets of Class X and XII
  • Birth certificate
  • Transfer/Migration certificate and completion certificate of qualifying examination from a respective board.
  • ITSAT/JEE Main Score card
  • Call letter of ITSAT seat allotment
