As per your query both the colleges are almost similar. And provides almost similar facilities, so it is very hard to decide
Mepco schlenk engineering college: established in year 1984 this college offers 15 courses. It is approved by AICTE and has grade A accreditation by NAAC. The college is great in terms of faculty members and infrastructure. The accepted exam is TNEA. It provides average placements with median salary around 3.50 lpa. Infosys and CTS are the top recruiters.
National engineering college: This college is also established in 1984. This private, autonomous college offers total of 18 courses. It is approved by AICTE and has grade B++ NAAC accreditation. The faculty and infrastructure is great. The placements of this college is much better. The highest salary offered is INR 5.5 LPA and the median salary is around 2.5 to 3 LPA. TCS, ZOHO and solaris are the top recruiters
