Can I get BTech admission without entrance exams?
Yes, candidates who have completed their class 12 with the science stream can opt for a degree in BTech without JEE Main or any other entrance exam scores. Generally, some seats in private institutes are allotted on a merit basis, and the management tent quota is based on several factors determined by the colleges. However, some engineering colleges in India provide direct admission for BTech, and the colleges themselves decide the seat slots.
Direct BTech admission without entrance exam: Eligibility
Although JEE Main and JEE Advanced are mandatory entrance exams for BTech admission in IITs, IIITs, NITs and GFTIs, many private institutes offer seats without any entrance exam. students can apply directly to the Principal/ Director of the Institute, submitting the relevant documents. However, after acquiring the eligibility terms and conditions from the college brochure or website, students should verify if they meet to proceed further with the BTech admissions. The average placement package at Chandigarh University is around 8 LPA. Moreover, the NIRF ranking of Chandigarh University is 38.
Manav Rachna University
Manav Rachna University offers admission to the B.Tech courses based on class 12 marks. The university also accepts the scores of the JEE Main and MRNAT for admission. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in the relevant subject. A merit list is prepared based on the qualifying exam.
Rai University Ahmedabad

What is BTech direct admission through Management Quota?
Many times, students who don't appear for entrance exams or have scored less and are unable to get a seat through regular channels can get direct BTech admission through management quota. Aspirants should note that the cost of Government Btech colleges, when they pass the entrance exams such as KCET, MHT-CET, WBJEE, etc., becomes very affordable. However, getting BTech admission through management quota requires students to pay a handsome amount of money to the BTech private college. JEE Main exam pattern consists of three sections – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics..There are 30 questions in each section.The duration of the examination is three hours and A total of 90 questions are asked in the exam.
1.Section A consists of 20 multiple choice questions.
2.Section B consists of 10 numerical questions.
It is important to solve all the questions of section B.The total marks in the exam are 300 right answer awarded by Four marks and One mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
