The authority has released the BITS HD 2025 eligibility criteria online. The eligibility criteria of BITS HD 2025 are mentioned in the information brochure. The eligibility criteria comprise educational qualification and qualifying marks. Below is the detailed BITS HD eligibility criteria.

• Qualifying Exam - Candidates must have qualified B.E/B.Tech from a recognized University.
• Minimum Marks Required - Candidates should have attained a minimum of 60% in the qualifying degree exam for admission to M.E. / M.Pharm.
• GATE / GPAT score - The score of GATE 2025 or GATE 2024 or GATE 2023 will be considered for M.E. program admission. Similarly, the score of GPAT 2025 or GPAT 2024 or GPAT 2023 will be considered for M.Pharm admission.

BITS Pilani has conducted the BITS HD application form correction window from April 21 to 22, 2025. The BITS HD 2025 registration process was concluded on April 19, 2025. Step 1: Online Registration - Initially, candidates need to fill out the registration form with their basic details to generate the application number.

Step 2: Filling of Details -After successful registration, candidates will be able to access the application form. Candidates have to add valid details including the contact and qualification information in the online application form

Step 3: Uploading of Documents - After filling out the BITS HD application form, candidates have to upload the requisite documents according to the mentioned specifications.

Step 4: Payment of Fees - The last step is to pay the BITS HD 2025 application fee. Candidates can submit the fee through online or offline mode.

• Offline Mode - Offline payment can be done through e-challan payable at ICICI bank.

• Online Mode - Candidates can pay the fees in online mode through credit/debit card or internet banking.

• For candidates having GATE/GPAT score only: Rs 1000/- • All others: Rs 3400/- (including the fee for the BITS HD online test)
• For others: Rs 3500/- (including the fee for BITS HD online test)

Special Test for Software Systems and M.E. Environmental Engineering

BITS Pilani will issue the BITS HD hall ticket 2025 on May 20, 2025. The registered candidates download the BITS HD 2025 admit card on the website, bitsadmission.com. To download the admit card of BITS HD candidates have to provide the required credentials. BITS HD admit card will contain the details of the exam date, time and guidelines. • Click on the “BITS HD Hall Ticket” Link.
• Enter the application number and date of birth.
• BITS HD hall ticket will appear on the screen.
• Download the BITS HD hall ticket and take a printout.

The exam authorities have commenced the online BITS HD 2025 slot booking process on May 9, 2025. Aspiring candidates must complete the slot booking procedure to receive the BITS HD admit card 2025. During the slot booking, candidates are required to specify their preferred exam date, slot, and centre. Failure to complete the BITS HD slot booking will result in the allocation of exam slots through a random allocation process. Upon successful slot booking, candidates can obtain the BITS HD admit card from the designated login window.

The authority will announce the BITS HD 2025 results on May 26, 2025. The BITS HD test result link will be activated on the website, bitsadmission.com.  The result will include an admit list and a waitlist. Shortlisted candidates will have to report to the allotted institutes. Moreover, the BITS HD Iteration 1 result will be announced on April 28, 2025. The first BITS HD Iteration 1 (based of GATE score) has been announced on April 28, 2025. Candidates offered admission based on GATE score must complete the payment by May 14, 2025. BITS M.E / M.Pharm counselling is based on the GATE / GPAT / BITS HD test. To secure admission to M.E. / M.Pharm program candidates need to fill out the admission form from February 15 to April 19, 2025. The complete admission will be merit-based.
