To check the seat allotment result for Tamil Nadu B.Arch counselling 2024, candidates require their registered email ID and password. Candidates who are allotted a seat can confirm their tentative allotment for Tamil Nadu B.Arch SCA to SC counselling by 7 PM today. The provisional allotment will be released on August 31, 2024. The authority has concluded the TNEA B.Arch choice filling for the SCA to SC counselling on August 30, 2024.

The authority conducted the choice-filling for Tamil Nadu B.Arch admission 2024 from August 19 to 20, 2024.

The authority published the Tamil Nadu 2024 B.Arch rank list on August 12, 2024. The grievance redressal for Tamil Nadu B.Arch rank list 2024 was conducted from August 13 to 15, 2024. Candidates had to log in to the candidate portal for the Tamil Nadu 2024 B.Arch rank list grievance redressal. Candidates who are included in the rank list are eligible for the Tamil Nadu B.Arch admission 2024. The authority concluded the Tamil Nadu B.Arch 2024 registration on July 31, 2024. Registered candidates were able to upload their certificates by August 3, 2024. The certificate verification for Tamil Nadu B.Arch admission 2024 was held from August 4 to 6, 2024. Candidates aspiring for admission into the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program offered by various colleges and universities in Tamil Nadu had to submit the TNEA BArch application form online. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria for Tamil Nadu B.Arch admission below:

  • Candidates belonging to the state of Tamil Nadu or who have completed their 12th education from Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply for BArch.
  • Candidates who belong to the state of Tamil Nadu but have completed their 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th education elsewhere are also eligible to apply, provided they submit a nativity certificate.
  • Children of the All India Service Tamil Nadu Cadre officers are also eligible to apply for the BArch course.
  • Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks, with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
  • Children of Central Government Employees may also apply for admission. They must have served Tamil Nadu continuously for the past FIVE YEARS at the time of submission of application. This should be supported by producing a certificate from the employer of the parent or guardian.
  • Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government Institutions who at the time of submission of application for admission employed in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years may also apply irrespective of their domicile.
  • The minimum age to apply is 17 years, and there is no upper age limit.
  • Candidates must have qualified for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) or JEE Main Paper 2 (BArch) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Getting a good rank will help you in securing your seat in Kerala b.arch but it also depends on how well you scored in your 12th grade.so both good rank and academic record together required for admission.

a score of  more than 145 is an A+ score good for top institutions, between 130 & 145 is A grade scores good for any A grade institution. The board percentage is also added. A percentage of anything higher than 85 is good.

  1. Minimum Marks in 12th : You need at least 50% aggregate marks in your 12th grade with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Since you have 49.67% , it is slightly below the required 50% mark, making you ineligible as per the standard eligibility criteria.
