Jain Entrance Test (JET) 2019 - The application form of JET 2019 is now available. Candidates will have to register, fill the required details and submit the JET 2019 application form tentatively till the third week of April. JET 2019 will be conducted in offline and online mode by Jain University for admission to B.Tech programmes on April 14. It is important that candidates first check the complete eligibility criteria of JET 2019 and then proceed further to fill the application form. The admit card of JET 2019 will be released by the authorities only for successfully registered candidates on April 8. The result of JET 2019 will be announced by the authorities on April 15, following which the qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the counselling process. JET Eligibility Criteria 2019
The eligibility criteria of JET 2019 is a set of parameters prescribed by the university which candidates have to fulfil mandatorily.
To be eligible for JET 2019, candidates need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from PUC or ISC/ CBSE. They need to have Physics and Mathematics as their compulsory subjects along with any one of the following as third subject - Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational subject in their 10+2.
Candidates must have secured at least 60% and above in the subjects taken together in PUC/ SYJC/ 12th or equivalent exam to be considered eligible for JET 2019.
For those belonging to SC or ST categories, they need to have secured minimum 55% and above in PUC/ SYJC/ 12th or equivalent exam to be eligible.
Candidates who are awaiting results of their 10+2 or equivalent exams can also apply for JET.
JET Application Form 2019
The application form of JET 2019 has been released by the university on November 12, 2018. Candidates will have to fill all the details required in JET 2019 application form and submit it on or before the last date.
How to fill JET Application Form 2019?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to fill the application form of JET 2019:
Step 1 – Registration:
Candidates will be required to register first to be able to fill the complete JET application form 2019. They need to follow the steps given below for registration:

Create a new account by providing username, email address, password, confirm the password provided, valid contact number and visible code
Upon entering all the details, candidates will receive an OTP in their registered email which has to be submitted. The login credentials and link for activation will then be sent to the email address.
Step 2 – Login:
Candidates need to login with their email address and password
Following which, they will have to select the programme type as undergraduate programme, name of the programme as B.Tech and name of the course they want to enrol into
Candidates will have to submit the application form by clicking on “Create Application”
The requisite application fee for the course selected will be reflected on the screen and candidates will have to pay the fees by clicking on “Apply Now”
Step 3 – Filling the details:
Candidates will have to provide their personal, communication and academic details as demanded in this step. The candidates will also have to select their preferred exam centre.
Step 4 - Uploading of documents:
Candidates will have to upload the following documents in the specifications prescribed:
Their recent passport size color photograph in .jpg or .png format with 3.5 x 4.5cm size and maximum file size of 100 KB
Scanned image of their signature
Scanned copy of class X marksheet in .jpg, .png or .PDF format with maximum file size of 200 KB
Scanned copy of class XI marksheet in .jpg, .png or .PDF format with maximum file size of 100 KB
Scanned copy of class XII marksheet in .jpg, .png or .PDF format with maximum file size of 200 KB
Scanned copy of degree, marksheet, final year diploma mark sheet in .jpg, .png or .PDF format with maximum file size of 100 KB
Step 5 – Preview and Editing :
Candidates can choose to see the preview of their application form, after uploading the documents.
If any filled information is incorrect or incomplete in the application form, candidates can edit them by clicking on the EDIT button.
Step 6 – Making of payment :
The payment of application fees can be made by following the steps given below:

JET Admit Card 2019
The admit card of JET 2019 will be released by Jain University on April 8. Candidates will have to download and carry JET 2019 admit card to the exam centre allotted, otherwise, their entry will be restricted. JET Syllabus 2019
Jain University will prescribe the syllabus of JET 2019 from which the questions will be asked in the exam. JET 2019 syllabus will be based on the course of Class XI & XII syllabus of CBSE for Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. JET Sample Paper 2019
The sample papers of JET 2019 will allow candidates to get an idea about the pattern and type of questions that will be asked in the exam. By practising JET 2019 sample paper, candidates will be able to improve their speed, efficiency and time management skills. JET Mock Test 2019

JET Cutoff 2019
The minimum marks required to get admission in the university and the courses offered is the cutoff of JET 2019. The university will determine JET 2019 cutoff for different categories and branches. The factors used in making of JET cutoff 2019 will be the number of candidates and seats available, previous year cutoff trends and difficulty level of the exam.
JET Counselling 2019
Jain University will conduct the counselling of JET 2019 for all the qualified candidates of the exam. In JET 2019 counselling, the candidates will be invited via email from the university. Following which, candidates will be given provisional admission based on their marks obtained in the exam during the selection process of JET counselling 2019. These candidates will have to produce proof of having passed the qualifying exam at the university.

JET Seat Allotment 2019
JET 2019 seat allotment will be conducted by the university in offline mode. This implies that candidates will have to be physically present at the time of JET seat allotment 2019, otherwise, their seat will be allotted to the next eligible candidate. Candidates will be allotted seats in JET 2019 on the basis of their ranks and choices filling during the counselling procedure. The seat allotment in JET 2019 will ensure the admission of the candidate in the university.
