The seat matrix of IIT Patna 2025 will be updated on the website josaa.admission.nic.in. Candidates can check the IIT Patna B.Tech seat matrix to know the number of seats available for each program. Knowing the number of seats course-wise, candidates can make their preferences course-wise. The allotment of seats will be based on the scores obtained in JEE Advanced. Candidates qualifying the JEE Advanced 2025 exam have to participate in the JoSAA counselling to be considered for admission. What is JoSAA?

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is the authority responsible for conducting the counselling for JEE Advanced for B. Tech. admission at various IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Only those candidates who have qualified JEE Advanced 2025 are eligible to participate in the registration process.

decent chances actually as home state quota seats are 50%. allotments will depend on the JEE rank and not percentile though. in 2025, for female supernumerary it closed at 9286  rank while for open gen it closed at 5573.

i have paid jee mains fee twice.... 1st time amount was debited but not updated in application form... 2nd time i paid it was updated... so will i get my money back?

I got 87.12 in my jee will i have chance in vitee

An 87.12% in JEE is good. To get admission to VIT, you'll need to take the VITEEE. You can apply for VITEEE if you meet the eligibility criteria for class 12. Your JEE score is not required for this process. Admission to VIT will be based on your VITEEE score.
