• Details of Qualifying Examination - Herein, candidates are required to enter details of the institutes attended from class 6 till the intermediate examination year of passing, medium of instruction including that of the year of passing, and any of the vocational studies.
• Details of CET - The requirement for an Urdu translator, AP EAMCET test centre preferences, and uploading the candidate’s photograph and signature in the prescribed format have to be done in this section.

After entering all the information, candidates have to check on the column next to the declaratory statement and then click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
