Interested candidates can find all the details regarding the AMIE exam such as date, registration, admit card, syllabus, and counselling once the IEI authority publishes it on the website. The IEI administration will conduct the AMIE 2024 exam in offline mode. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 exam or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics are eligible to apply for the AMIE exam. The Institution of Engineers offers admission to B.E and B.Tech courses through the entrance exam in distance mode.

AMIE stands for Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers. AMIE exam is conducted by the Institution of Engineers, India. AMIE 2024 Eligibility Criteria
IEI authority will release the AMIE 2024 eligibility criteria online. Candidates can access the information brochure at ieindia.org to check the eligibility requirements. To be eligible for admission to the IEI campus, candidates have to fulfil the minimum eligibility requirement. Interested candidates can check the eligibility conditions mentioned below before applying for the AMIE exam.
Candidates applying for the AMIE exam must pass the 12th class from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45%(40% for SC/ST) in the compulsory subject, i.e., Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Applicants who hold the three-year Polytechnic Diploma certificate or equivalent can apply for the AMIE exam.
There is no age restriction put in place for the AMIE 2024 exam.

AMIE Application Form 2024
The Institution of Engineers (India) is expected to release the AMIE 2024 application form in March. The application process will take place online as well as offline. Interested students can fill out the application form at ieindia.org. The application process for AMIE 2024 includes registration, form filling, uploading of scanned documents, and application fee. The AMIE aspirants should fill out the application form before the deadline to avoid the last-minute hassle. Then, click on the AMIE registration link on the home page, the registration window will be visible to the candidates.
Candidates need to submit the necessary details such as name, mobile number, and valid email address.
After completing the registration for the AMIE exam, candidates will get the unique registration ID for the given email address.
In the next step, candidates can fill out the application form by providing details such as academics. Personal, contact details, etc. Then carefully choose the exam centre as per your convenience.
After filling up the application form, candidates need to upload the scanned document in the prescribed format, failing which can result in the cancellation of the candidature
In the final steps, candidates are required to pay Rs. 3000/ application fee for the AMIE 2024. The application fee can be paid by using one of the following methods: debit card, Credit card, and net banking.

AMIE 2024 Exam Center
The IEI authority will publish the list of AMIE 2024 Exam centres on the official website, ieinida.org. Candidates who wish to appear for the AMIE entrance must carefully choose the AMIE exam centre 2024 while filling out the application form. Candidates will not be able to change the exam centre after submission of the application form. Appearing candidates must carry the AMIE 2024 admit card along with valid ID proof that includes an Aadhar card, passport, PAN card, and voter ID to the exam centre. AMIE Admit Card 2024
AMIE will release the summer exam admit card 2024 online. To access it, candidates should log in with their registered ID. It's crucial to download and print the admit card for future reference. AMIE Counselling 2024
Following the release of the 2024 AMIE results, candidates will receive ranks based on their merit. Only those whose names are on the merit list can participate in the counselling session. The IEI administration will publish the counselling schedule. Candidates must attend the institute in person for counselling, bringing required documents and paying fees to secure their allotment.
Candidates must note that they have to appear for the counselling session on the allotted date. If they fail to attend the counselling session on the given date, they will not get the invitation to a further round of counselling. The IEI authority will not accept any correspondence from the candidates regarding the request for a change in the counselling schedule.
