Step 1 - Registration

Step 3: Log-in & Confirm the Details

Step 4 - Payment of Application Fee 
After submitting all the details, applicants will be redirected to the payment gateway page. Applicants have to pay the UPESEAT application fee of Rs 1750/- online mode through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card.

Step 5 - Entering Academic Details
In the next step, candidates have to enter their academic qualifications in the UPESEAT 2027 application form. Candidates must provide all the valid information and then submit the form. There are two separate admission processes: the entrance examination and the Board exam merit. The eligibility criteria of UPESEAT 2027 for the non-examination pathway are the same as the general criteria mentioned in addition to the score received in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main).

Board Exam Eligibility Criteria

• For BTech - Applicants need to get a minimum aggregate of 50% in their Class 10 and higher secondary (12th) exams, and a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• BTech. Mathematics and Computing - Minimum of 70% in class 10th and 12th on PCM.

NOTE: Candidates should appear for centralised counselling through merit rank for the non-exam category (JEE/Board exam merit).

The UPESEAT 2027 cutoff is the minimum mark required to qualify the UPES engineering aptitude test. UPESEAT 2027 Scholarships

The following scholarships are provided to eligible candidates by the authorities. 

Merit-Based Scholarship - This scholarship will be provided to those candidates who had secured an aggregate of 80% marks in 10th and 12th standard and 80% marks in PCM for B.Tech in CBSE/ICSE/State Examination Board. Only 10% of seats of each B.Tech programme will be given the scholarship and will be based on merit. 50% of tuition fee will be waived off in the first semester. Continuation of Scholarship in the subsequent years will be as per the University policy.

Scholarship for Uttarakhand State Board Toppers - The seats under this category will be within 15% reservation for Uttarakhand resident students. Under this scholarship, 25% tuition fee waiver will be provided for boys and 35% fee waiver will be provided for girls. The scholarship is renewed as per merit scholarship policy of the University. The candidates under this category should have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate).
