B.Tech Civil Engineering Placement Trends - India is home to around 5900 engineering colleges. Of these, 19 IITs, 31 NITs and 14 GFTIs provide BTech Civil Engineering courses. Over 5168 seats are available for BTech CE admission in these colleges. Here, we have compiled the year wise highest, lowest and average salary details for the top 33 engineering colleges in India. The three-year placement analysis shows that there has been a drop in the highest and average salary for BTech CE. Also, the percentage of students placed this year has decreased considerably, owing to the global economic slowdown.

If you are willing to give jee and you are in 12 th then it is best to focus from now on as u have to give your boards this year as well . And according to the exam pattern you can prepare for your jee prelims with you boards at the same time it is hardly differ from each other . But if you have 0 preparation and even your basics are not clear then i suggest u to take a drop and prepare to the fullest for next year thankyou .
